Repaired ring and method for repairing a ring which is used for sealing purposes

A method is provided for carrying out a sound test for detecting and/or analyzing material faults and/or mounting faults of at least one component, in which the component is excited, by striking, to experience vibrations which generate soundwaves, after which the generated soundwaves are detected and conclusions are drawn about material faults and/or mounting faults on the basis of the detected soundwaves, wherein the striking of the component and the detection of the vibrations are carried out using an endoscope device. In addition, embodiments of the present invention relates to an endoscope device which is configured to carry out the method.

A seal arrangement () for sealing an annular gap () between a high-pressure steam space () and an adjacent low-pressure steam space (). The gap is defined between two turbine casings () each split into two casing halves, the seal arrangement () has a seal element () which is formed in a segmented and annular manner and extends between the two turbine casings () and engages in an annular receiving groove () by means of at least one of its radial end regions. The seal arrangement () has at least one segmented ring () with a first circumferential surface () releasably attached to one of the turbine casings () in the region of the annular gap (), and has an opposite second circumferential surface () with the annular receiving groove () or, in a one-piece form, with the radially projecting annular seal element ().

Seal arrangement

A steam turbine has a turbine shaft directed along a turbine axis. A plurality of turbine stages, each include a guide-blade structure and a moving-blade configuration located axially downstream of the guide-blade structure. The guide-blade structure and the moving-blade configuration are provided along the turbine shaft. Each stage has an average reaction degree achievable between 5% and 70%. The reaction degree of at least two turbine stages is of different values.

Steam turbine

A steam turbine has a high-pressure turbine section and a medium-pressure turbine section fluidically connected to the high-pressure turbine section. The high-pressure turbine section is a chamber configuration and the medium-pressure turbine section is a drum configuration. Alternatively, the high-pressure turbine section is a drum configuration and the medium-pressure turbine section is a chamber configuration. Alternatively, or additionally, the high-pressure turbine section is a double-flow configuration and the medium-pressure turbine section is a double-flow configuration.

Steam turbine and blade or vane for a steam turbine

A turbine, in particular a steam turbine, has a gap between a head region of a first turbine blade and a turbine component. The gap is followed downstream by a limiting surface which is inclined by an acute angle relative to a rotational axis of the turbine and is formed, at least in some regions, by the turbine component. The first turbine blade is followed by a second turbine blade which has a blade region with a radial offset relative to the blade region of the first turbine blade. The turbine component or the head region in the sealing gap additionally or alternatively has an indentation for deflecting a flow of an action fluid in the sealing gap by a circumferential angle in circumferential direction. A turbine blade includes a head region having a circumferential surface substantially perpendicular to a blade axis. The circumferential surface has at least one indentation for flow deflection substantially by a circumferential angle. A blade region adjoins said head region for deflecting an action fluid by the circumferential angle.
