A method of monitoring building compliance with healthy building guidelines includes obtaining current parameter values for a plurality of different parameters from a plurality of sensors disposed within a plurality of different zones of a building. For each of the parameters, the current parameter value received from each of the plurality of different zones is compared with a corresponding healthy building range for that parameter as specified by the healthy building guidelines. A healthy building dashboard is displayed that includes a summary that shows, for each of the plurality of different parameters, how many zones of the plurality of different zones of the building are within the corresponding healthy building range for that parameter and/or how many zones of the plurality of different zones are not within the corresponding healthy building range for that parameter.

A system and method for monitoring performance of an industrial process includes an input port for receiving signals representative of one or more performance parameters generated by the industrial process, a user interface including a display and a controller that is operably coupled with the input port and the user interface. The controller is configured to repeatedly receive signals over time via the input port representative of the one or more performance parameters of the industrial process and to generate a plurality of snapshots, wherein each snapshot includes a graphical representation of the one or more performance parameters of the industrial process at a corresponding time. The controller is configured to generate an animatable heat map including two or more of the plurality of snapshots arranged temporally and to display the animatable heat map on the display.

Methods and systems for monitoring blockages of emergency escape routes and emergency exits of a building include capturing a plurality of images which may correspond to an emergency escape route and/or an emergency exit of a building. The plurality of images may be analyzed to determine when a stationary object is present and at least partially blocking the emergency escape route and/or the emergency exit. If a blockage is detected, a user may be notified of the blockage.

Devices, methods, and systems for monitoring and/or assessing compliance with infectious disease guidance for reducing infectious disease transmissions are described herein. The systems may include sensing devices at or within a facility and computing devices to compare data based on outputs from the sensing devices with guidance and/or recommendations for mitigating infectious disease transmission. Various compliance parameters may be identified as being relevant to the guidelines and measurable with outputs from the sensing devices. The compliance parameters may be individually scored or scored in groups, including the compliance parameters not measureable with outputs from the sensing devices, and a score relative to a facility or group of facilities may be provided. The scores may be presented to via a dashboard.

Devices, systems, and methods for assessing facility compliance with infectious disease guidance

A data center includes a plurality of tenants, with some of the server racks within the data center specifically assigned to each of the tenants. A monitoring system may be configured to generate unique tenant dashboards that allow each tenant to view a variety of different information pertaining to the server racks that are assigned to them without allowing other tenants to view their dashboards. The system is configured to generate the unique tenant view for each tenant based on tenant profile information collected by the data center as part of a tenant onboarding process and input into the first and second tenant profiles. The system reads the various parameters in the first and second tenant profiles and automatically generates the unique tenant dashboards for each tenant without having to make programming changes to other parts of the system.

A kit includes hand-held sensors that are each configured to measure one or more of the healthy building parameters and a portable device that is configured to capture the measured current values of the one or more of the healthy building parameters that were measured using the hand-held sensors and to determine a healthy building score and one or more recommendations for improving the healthy building score of the building. Methods and system for adding sensors/devices to a building management system. An illustrative universal backplane for accepting a plurality of building control sensors may include a housing configured to be secured relative to a wall of a building and a plurality of universal sensor receiving bays each including the same mechanical and electrical interface for selectively receiving one of a plurality of compatible building control sensors. Each of the plurality of compatible building control sensors may be compatible with the mechanical and electrical interface of the universal sensor receiving bays. The backplane may further include a controller operatively coupled to each of the plurality of universal sensor receiving bays, the controller configured to automatically discover each of the compatible building control sensors, if any, received by the plurality of universal sensor receiving bays and a communication module operatively coupled to the controller for communicating with a building control system.

Systems, devices, and methods for access control via a mobile device are described herein. One device includes instructions stored thereon executable by a processor to receive location information associated with a mobile device in a facility, determine that the mobile device is within a particular distance of an area of the facility based on the location information, receive an indication of a user input by the mobile device, determine whether a user of the mobile device is allowed access to the area, and allow access to the area via a relay associated with the area responsive to a determination that the user is allowed access and the user input.
