An interactive system may be implemented in part by an audio device located within a user environment, which may accept speech commands from a user and may also interact with the user by means of generated speech. In order to improve performance of the interactive system, a user may use a separate device, such as a personal computer or mobile device, to access a graphical user interface that lists details of historical speech interactions. The graphical user interface may be configured to allow the user to provide feedback and/or corrections regarding the details of specific interactions.

A device such as a media player, appliance, or the like may be recognized by a network. Individual ASR grammars are constructed for the devices so speech commands for those devices may be processed by an ASR device. The ASR device may then process those speech commands and convert them into the appropriate inputs for the controlled device. The metadata manager receives an account cloning request specifying a source client account. The metadata manager identifies a representation of an administrative state of the source client account with respect to a plurality of services, including configuration settings of an original set of resources of the plurality of resources providing functionality of the set of services. The metadata manager stores a record of an association of a clone client account of the particular source client account with the representation of the administrative state.
