Upon successful verification, the method includes electronically extracting at least one context of the message from the response. The method includes sending the at least one context to a Customer Service Centre (CSC) server. The CSC server is configured to assign the agent to the user based on the at least one context for an upcoming conversation about the message.

A method for facilitating e-commerce transactions includes monitoring a purchase pattern of a user on various e-commerce interfaces for a first time-interval by a bot. The purchase pattern indicates frequency-of-use information of various payment options used by the user to make purchases within the first time-interval. The bot receives a user-profile of the user, when the user makes a first purchase through a first e-commerce interface after the first time-interval. Based on the user-profile and the purchase pattern, the bot retrieves a first set of payment options from the payment options. The bot customizes a payment interface to display the first set of payment options from an available set of payment options on the payment interface. The user selects one of the first set of payment options to perform an e-commerce transaction for the first purchase.

The invention relates to methods, systems and computer program products for securing one time passwords (OTP) for use in OTP based authorization of electronic payment transactions. The invention involves transmission and display of an OTP at a user device in response to a prior determination that a user operating the user device is authorized to implement a payment transaction through a payment account associated with the payment transaction. The invention implements this through transmission to the user device associated with the identified payment account, a data message initiating a process for verification of identity of a user operating the user device.
