A method for assembling a camera includes providing a circuit board with a first surface defining a plane and an aperture extending entirely through the circuit board. An image sensor is fixed on the first surface. A lens holder is provided with a lens barrel defining a central axis and supporting a lens in a fixed position relative to the lens barrel. A post extends outward from the lens barrel in a first direction. The circuit board and the lens holder are oriented such that the plane defined by a first surface of the circuit board is perpendicular to the central axis. The circuit board and the lens holder are axially joined so that the post is received by the aperture. A final alignment of the image sensor relative to the central axis and the lens is non-adjustably fixed upon sliding the post through the aperture.

A connected light node (CLN) induction light ballast module for powering an induction lamp includes a printed circuit board having components mounted thereon and an earth ground region electrically isolated from a PCB ground region. A heat sink is disposed on a lower layer of the printed circuit board and electrically connected to the earth ground region, wherein a parasitic capacitance occurs between the printed circuit board ground region and the heat sink. A capacitive shield sandwiched by a lower insulating pad and an upper insulating pad is electrically isolated from the heat sink supporting the shield. A damping network electrically connects the capacitive shield to the PCB ground region. Switch-mode power converters are mounted above the upper insulating pad and the shield. The damping network suppresses noise by a parasitic capacitance between the PCB ground region and the heat sink during high frequency power converter operation.

A diagnostic connector module for a vehicle includes an electronic communication module and a housing enclosing the electronic communication module. The housing has integrated connectors electrically connected to the electronic communication module. The integrated connectors include a diagnostic service connector for connection with an external diagnostic scan tool and a vehicle bus connector connectable to a vehicle bus. The diagnostic service connector has a plurality of female pin-receptors electrically connected to the electronic communication module, and the vehicle bus connector has a plurality of terminals electrically connected to the electronic communication module. A vehicle diagnostic system including the diagnostic connector module is also provided.

Automotive load cells having centralized, multi-axis, loose tolerance overload/limit stops provide improved strain gauge response. The modular, integrated stop assemblies magnify sensor substrate deflection by use of opposed concave (Belleville) springs are used in direct contact with the substrate to accommodate &#xb1;Z axis deflection and Mx/My moment angular rotation. A flanged guide member on the load stud permits a wide range of geometries. The substrate is thickened around the load stud hole and the outboard support bolt holes. Hollow rivets assist in design modularity. Strain gauges are placed at the yield zones symmetrically with respect to the X axis. The substrate hole Mx/My gap is larger than the stop bracket hole to insure a positive stop for Mx/My moments prior to yield. The inventive multi-axis stop assembly is used in any type load cell, including rectangular, thinned, notched, necked/dogbone, or cantilever substrates with any strain gauge layout configuration.
