Methods, systems and computer program products for selectively providing authenticated data corresponding to a payment card holder at a point-of-sale (POS) terminal are described. The method can include receiving from a terminal device, payment card account information comprising a payment card account identifier and user authentication information. Responsive to the received user authentication information matching one of a plurality of predefined authentication keys associated with the payment card account identifier, a predefined function is selected from among at least first and second predefined functions associated with the payment card account identifier&#x2014;wherein the selection of the predefined function from among the first and second predefined functions is based on an association between the selected predefined function and an authentication key that has been matched with the received user authentication information.

Methods, system and computer program product for selectively responding to presentation of payment card information

The disclosed subject matter includes methods, systems, and networks for authentication based on physical characteristics of a mobile device. A computer-implemented method performed by a payment network includes receiving an image of a part of a mobile device from an image capturing device that communicates with the payment network, wherein the mobile device includes digital card data of a customer. The computer-implemented method may also include comparing a physical condition of the part of the mobile device shown in the received image to the physical condition of the part of the mobile device shown in a stored image. In addition, the computer-implemented method may include authenticating or declining a transaction involving the digital card data based on the comparison of the physical condition of the part of the mobile device in the received image and the stored.

Methods, systems, and networks for authentication based on physical condition of a mobile device

Systems and methods are provided for implementing an interactive loyalty reward program for transactions conducted at transaction terminals, for instance, consumer purchase transactions conducted at a point-of-sale terminal. The system includes a server configured to monitor and identify qualifying transactions under the reward program. The server also coordinates operation of consumer-facing devices accessible to the consumer at the point-of-sale. The consumer-facing devices include an interactive value generator (IVG), which is configured to provide a game-like experience to consumers and interactively generates unspecified reward values for qualifying transactions. A loyalty reward application executing on the transaction terminal is also provided to guide consumer interaction with the IVG and communicate the generated reward values to the server. The server is further configured to calculate loyalty reward amounts for respective transactions based on the generated reward values and prescribed terms of corresponding loyalty reward programs.
