A device may receive information associated with a particular entity and trigger, based on the information, a status for the particular entity. The device may transmit, based on triggering the status, a list of a plurality of mobile devices and may receive an identified set of mobile devices from the list of the plurality of mobile devices. The device may further receive, from a selected mobile device, a request to perform an action and receive a string of characters from the selected mobile device. The device may further transmit, based on receiving the string of characters, an instruction command to the selected mobile device when the string of characters matches a verification string of characters.

Mobile device management

A mobile enterprise application store includes downloadable mobile applications and catalogs of the mobile applications. Different sets of applications may be offered to visitors depending on whether they have an account with a particular wireless mobile communication carrier. Different versions of the mobile applications may be stored and provided for visitors that use different carriers, devices, and/or operating systems. Offering or downloading of certain applications may be limited to only those visitors having consent from an enterprise administrator. The store may automatically request this consent and process the response. The mobile application store may only be accessible to employees, agents, representatives, and/or consultants of the enterprise. The store may offer split billing such that charges for some applications are made to the account of the visitor, while charges for other applications are made to the enterprise.

Components of a mobile traffic network and components in communication with the network cooperate to confirm whether a mobile station user or account owner has previously purchased media content for a particular mobile station. Media content that has already been purchased by a user can be downloaded by that user to a new mobile station after the initial mobile station is lost, damaged, or upgraded.

Systems and methods for recommending an application from a mobile station are shown and described. Components of the network and components in communication with the network cooperate to confirm whether a mobile station recommended to receive the application is capable of executing the application and provisioning the application for transmission to the recommended mobile station.
