A system and method including receiving, from a first user of a first service, an indication of a second service to integrate with the first service; correlating a presence of the first user of the first service with an identifier of the first user in the second service; receiving, from a second user of the first service, an indication of the second service to integrate with the first service; correlating a presence of the second user of the first service with an identifier of the second user in the second service; receiving, from the second service via an application programming interface, a replication of a statement of work generated by the second service and associated with the second user; and persisting the replication of the statement of work in a data store of the first service that is accessible by the first user of the first service.

Service and system integration

The present disclosure involves system, methods, and media for displaying and exploring software object relationships in an interactive manner. In general, complex structures can have relationships between objects, such as parent/child relationships, general associations, and dependencies. Additionally, some objects may have multiple dependencies. For example, an object representing 'low battery' may be a child object for both a screen failure object and a GPS failure object. The n-column explorer allows for exploring relationships between objects of arbitrary categories and in hierarchies of arbitrary depth, without the need to duplicate objects. For example, the “low battery” object need not be duplicated for both the GPS failure and the screen failure.

The present disclosure involves system, software, and computer implemented methods for presenting a workdesk comprising three viewports in a graphical user interface (GUI). The first viewport displays an active application, a second viewport displays a toolbar including one or more icons that indicate applications that are available for interactions, and a third viewport displays a toolbar including one or more cross-application tools. Upon receiving a selection of a cross-application tool in the third viewport, an action associated with the selected cross-application tool is performed for at least one of the one or more indicated applications in the second viewport, and results of the action are overlaid in the first viewport.

Multi-tasking workdesk for computing environment

A global filter allows data filtering using attributes across multiple Analysis Tools (ATs), by broadcasting semantic filter context objects. Upon selecting object attribute values, the filter context object is created with attribute names and values. A processing engine resolves the filter context object to a data object, and then subsequently to target data. A lateral filter finds related entities in a relational database, without having to maintain and/or duplicate all of the data into a graph database. The processing engine resolves lateral filters using an entity graph path calculation conducted in conjunction with the generation of a bootstrapped graph structure. That graph structure is constructed (bootstrapped) utilizing available database schematic information&#x2014;e.g., pre-calculated (key) relations and metadata read from the relational database. From that information, relationships in the bootstrapped graph structure are determined. Possible paths between entities are used to generate an optimized SQL query to reach target data.
