In a scroll compressor, a first flow passage is formed in a fixed base plate and a frame to supply oil separated by an oil separating mechanism provided in a sealed container to an oil sump at the bottom of the sealed container. In the fixed base plate, a second flow passage is formed to supply the oil separated by the oil separating mechanism into a compression mechanism.

Scroll compressor and refrigeration cycle apparatus

A scroll compressor in which refrigerant gas is sucked into a hermetic container and is then compressed in a compression chamber. The scroll compressor includes an orbiting scroll including a second end plate having a second surface. The second end plate has an annular groove having an opening that opens into the second surface facing a frame and serving as a back-pressure chamber with the opening being closed by the frame, a gas communication path through which the groove communicates with the compression chamber in which the refrigerant gas is being compressed, and a first oil supply passage having a first opening that opens into at least one of a region inside the groove and a region outside the groove in the second surface and through which the refrigerating machine oil is supplied to a gap between the second surface and the frame.

Scroll compressor

A compressor of an air-conditioning device includes a scroll mechanism unit having a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll that cooperates with the fixed scroll to compress refrigerant. There is a first space portion provided between the scroll mechanism unit and an electric motion unit; an annular second space portion provided in a circumference of the scroll mechanism unit in a radial direction; a communication path provided between the first space portion and the second space portion, to guide, to the second space portion, the refrigerant sucked from the suction pipe to the first space portion. A part of the refrigerant between the first expansion valve and the second expansion valve is injected simultaneously to the first space portion and the second space portion.

Air-conditioning device

A first injection port is open to a suction chamber of a plurality of chambers at some rotation phases, and is located within an angular range defined by a line connecting a winding-end contact point of an orbiting scroll at a compression start phase with a base circle center of a fixed scroll and one of two lines tangent to a winding-end point locus of a tip seal at a tooth tip of a spiral body of the orbiting scroll and passing through a base circle center of the orbiting scroll, the one line of the two tangent lines being closer to the winding-end contact point. The first injection port does not interfere with the tip seal at the tooth tip of the spiral body of the orbiting scroll.

An object is to obtain a scroll compressor that can reduce an outflow of injection refrigerant into an oil sump, reduce degradation of reliability associated with a decrease in viscosity of refrigerating machine oil stored in the oil sump, and reduce degradation of performance caused by compression of dead volume, and thereby achieve high efficiency, and to also obtain a refrigeration cycle apparatus. An injection port opens only to a suction chamber and is provided in a baseplate of a fixed scroll. In all phases of rotation of a rotation shaft, the injection port is located on an inner side of an outer edge of a structure unit that is configured by meshing a spiral body of the fixed scroll and a spiral body of an orbiting scroll with each other.

A posture control unit (contact portion) that controls a posture of a balance weight-equipped slider so that a slider portion of the balance weight-equipped slider maintains the posture parallel to an orbiting bearing is provided at a position corresponding to a central portion in an axial direction of the orbiting bearing between an eccentric direction-side side surface of an eccentric shaft portion of a rotary shaft and an inner wall surface of a slide hole facing the side surface.

A second space communicated with a first space through communicating paths is provided on an outer circumferential side of first and second scroll bodies. Scroll end portions of the first and second scroll bodies form an inlet port configured to suck gas refrigerant into a compression chamber from the second space. Open ends of the communicating paths on a side of the second space are located at an angle larger than 0&#xb0; and less than or equal to 180&#xb0;, around a central axis of a rotating shaft portion, from the inlet ports in a scroll involute direction of the first scroll body and the second scroll body, respectively. Injection ports in a part of an outer circumference of the second space between the open ends and the inlet ports in a circumferential direction are configured to eject liquid refrigerant in a direction toward the inlet ports, respectively.

A gap between a vane tip and a cylinder inner circumferential surface is denoted by &#x3b4;. If rv is set as in an Expression (1), a first vane rotates with the vane tip thereof being out of contact with the cylinder inner circumferential surface. In the vane compressor, wear at the tip of a vane is suppressed, loss due to sliding on bearings is reduced by supporting a rotating shaft portion with a small diameter, and accuracy in an outside diameter and center of rotation of a rotor portion is increased.

To allow a bush to stably rotate about a bush center, an end of a vane portion that is close to an inner circumferential surface center is always positioned on the inner side with respect to the bush center. Thereby, in a vane compressor a vane is stably supported, wear at a tip of the vane is suppressed, loss due to sliding on bearings is reduced by supporting a rotating shaft portion with a small diameter, and accuracy in outside diameter and center of rotation of a rotor portion is increased.

A vane compressor includes a cylinder, a rotor portion, vanes, and a first discharge port allowing a refrigerant in a compression chamber to be discharged therethrough. The vanes are disposed inside the rotor portion and held rotatably about the center of a cylinder inner circumferential surface, partition a space between the cylinder inner circumferential surface and the rotor portion, and form the compression chamber. A second discharge port is disposed at a location having a phase angle smaller than that at the first discharge port, being open to the cylinder inner circumferential surface, and communicating with the compression chamber. The second discharge port includes an opening portion to the compression chamber, the opening portion having a width in the circumferential direction, the width being equal to or smaller than the width of the tip of each of the vanes.

A vane-type compressor includes a rotor shaft that includes rotating shaft portions and a rotor portion, which are integrated with one another. A lower end of the rotating shaft is disposed in an oil reservoir. The vane-type compressor also includes vane aligners disposed at both end portions of vanes, and recess portions, which are respectively formed in a frame and a cylinder head so as to be concentric with an inner circumferential surface of a cylinder. Outer circumferential surfaces of the vane aligners are slidably supported by the recess portions. In the rotor shaft, oil supply channels, which allow communication between the oil reservoir and the recess portions of the frame and the cylinder head, and an oil pump, which supplies refrigerating machine oil in the oil reservoir to the oil supply channels, are provided.

A device that enhances compressor efficiency by reducing pressure losses in a discharge muffler space into which is discharged a refrigerant compressed by a compression unit. A low-stage discharge muffler space is formed in the shape of a ring around a drive shaft. In the low-stage discharge muffler space, a communication port flow guide is provided so as to cover a predetermined area of an opening of a communication port from a side of a flow path in a reverse direction out of two flow paths in different directions around the drive shaft from a discharge port through which is discharged the refrigerant compressed by a low-stage compression unit to the communication port through which the refrigerant flows out. The communication port flow guide transforms a direction of a flow into a direction of a connecting flow path.

Refrigerant compressor and heat pump apparatus

In a vane rotary compressor, a discharge valve on a discharge flow channel communicates an operating chamber in a compression element with a discharge hole. The discharge valve is pushed from an opening portion of a discharge valve groove to an outer circumferential surface of a roller by a high-pressure refrigerant when pressure in an operating chamber is lower than the pressure of the high-pressure refrigerant. The discharge valve is pushed back into the discharge valve groove by the refrigerant pressure in the operating chamber when the pressure in the operating chamber is higher than the pressure of the high-pressure refrigerant. The discharge flow channel is closed by the outer circumferential surface of the discharge valve pushed out from the opening portion of the discharge valve groove and the outer circumferential surface of the roller, and opens when the discharge valve is pushed back into the discharge valve groove.

Vane rotary compressor

A refrigerant compressor that enhances compressor efficiency by both reducing an amplitude of pressure pulsations and reducing pressure losses in a discharge muffler space into which is discharged a refrigerant compressed at a compression unit. A low-stage discharge muffler space is formed in the shape of a ring around a drive shaft. In the low-stage discharge muffler space, a discharge port rear guide is provided in the proximity of a discharge port through which is discharged the refrigerant compressed by a low-stage compression unit. The discharge port rear guide is provided at a flow path in one direction out of two flow paths from the discharge port to a communication port in different directions around the drive shaft, and prevents the refrigerant from flowing in that direction, thereby causing the refrigerant to circulate in a forward direction in the ring-shaped discharge muffler space.
