A retractable assembly for immersion-, flow- and annex-measuring systems in analytical process technology for measuring at least one measured variable of a medium in a process containment, comprising an essentially cylindrical housing having a housing interior; an immersion tube, which is axially movable between a retracted service position in the housing and a process position extended from the housing. In the service position, the immersion tube is positioned in the housing interior; a closure element on an end region of the immersion tube facing the medium for sealing off the housing interior from the process containment when the immersion tube is located in the service position, and a proximity detector in or on the end region of the housing facing the medium for detecting the closure element in the service position.

Retractable assembly

A retractable assembly, comprising: a housing; a media connection with complementary connecting means; an immersion tube; and a probe provided in the immersion tube. The probe has a probe head on its end facing the medium, wherein, in the service position, the probe head is arranged within a treatment chamber formed in the housing, wherein the immersion tube is divided into three regions, and, indeed, a upper region facing away from the containment, a middle region, on which a sealing system is provided, and a lower region facing the containment, wherein the sealing system is so embodied that in no position of the immersion tube does an exchange of medium or impurities from the drive to the treatment chamber, or vice versa, occur.

An assembly device, especially a retractable assembly, for a measuring probe for measuring process variables in a process, comprising: an assembly housing with a connection system for connecting the assembly device to a process container; a tubular holder for a measuring probe, wherein the tubular holder is guided in the assembly housing axially displaceably between a measuring position in the process container and a maintenance position outside of the process container; and a damping system to damp axial shifting of the tubular holder. The damping system comprises a fluid filled, damping cylinder within the assembly housing, and a damping piston unit guided within the damping cylinder () in operative connection with the tubular holder.

Assembly device for a measuring probe for measuring process variables in a process

A retractable assembly, including an assembly housing and a tubular holder for a sensor guided in the assembly housing via a stroke movement linearly between a first position and a second position, wherein the sensor ascertains a physical and/or chemical process variable in a process, wherein an on-site electronics is provided, which ascertains as an actual value, or values, information concerning at least one other state variable of the retractable assembly, the process and/or the sensor, and wherein associated with the on-site electronics is a memory unit, in which the ascertained actual value, or values, is/are stored and/or predetermined desired values are stored.

A retractable assembly, comprising: an assembly housing; a linear drive in the assembly housing; and a tubular holder), movably guided between a measuring position and a service position by means of the linear drive, for fluid-sealed reception of a sensor, with which a physical and/or chemical process variable is determinable. The linear drive includes a piston seated movably in a cylinder and loadable with a pressure-bearing medium on one or both ends and the tubular holder is fixed in the piston. The piston has on its working end active for the measuring position a breach in the direction of the interior of the tubular holder.
