A conveying device for molten metal in an injection die casting unit, has a storage container for the molten metal and a conveying duct delivering the molten metal to a mold cavity. The conveying duct includes a cylinder bore with a piston disposed in an axially adjustable manner. A collection chamber, from which the molten metal is introduced through an onward line into the mold cavity upon axial displacement of the piston, is provided for the molten metal. An annular space, which is connected via at least one filling bore to the collection chamber, is formed between the outer wall of the piston and the inner wall of the cylinder bore. The filling bore, on an end which opens into the collection chamber, is closable by means of a valve body which is connected to an adjustable valve rod which is displaceably disposed in an axial bore of the piston.

Conveying device for molten metal in an injection die casting unit

A hinged closure lid made of plastic for placing onto a container, has a main part which has a dispenser opening, a lid which is mounted pivotably on the main part and, in a closure position resting on the main part, closes the dispenser opening, and an actuating part which is mounted on the main part so as to be adjustable between an inoperative position and an actuating position. The lid can be adjusted from the closure position in the direction of an open position when the actuating part is actuated. The actuating part here is connected to the lid via at least one flexible web serving as a predetermined breaking point. The web is destroyed when the actuating part is first adjusted into the actuating position.

Hinged closure lid

A dispenser has a container and a spreading spring which is in engagement with the inner wall of the container and prevents movement of the sealing piston in a second direction which is opposed to the first direction. The spreading spring is made from synthetic material and has a central part from which a plurality of fingers arranged distributed over the periphery extend radially outwards. Each finger is connected to the central part in a manner articulated at its radially inner end and is in engagement at its radially outer end with the inner wall of the container. The central part and the fingers are constructed in one piece with one another and each finger is connected to the central part by way of a web, wherein in the region of the web a cutout is formed.

Dispenser

A hinged closure lid made of plastic for placing onto a container, has a main part which has a dispenser opening, a lid which is mounted pivotably on the main part and, in a closure position resting on the main part, closes the dispenser opening, and an actuating part which is connected integrally to the main part and is mounted thereon so as to be adjustable between an inoperative position and an actuating position. The lid can be adjusted from the closure position in the direction of an open position when the actuating part is in the actuating position. The actuating part here is connected to the main part via at least one flexible web serving as a predetermined breaking point, the web is destroyed when the actuating part is first adjusted into the actuating position.

A deformable small packaging structure for free-flowing products has a valve-like closure () produced by a two-component injection molding process and including a dimensionally stable carrier element () and an outer jacket () which envelopes the carrier element () at least in part and has a flexible squirt-nozzle () with slotted openings. The outer jacket (), in relation to the withdrawn squirt-nozzle (), has a meander-shaped configuration adjacent to the squirt-nozzle (). The squirt-nozzle (), in relation to the withdrawn state, is configured as a pot-shaped recess. The outer jacket () has an inner annular flange () which engages in a recess of the carrier element () and is firmly connected therewith. Further, the outer jacket () has adjacent to the inner annular flange () a circumferential web () which engages in a groove of the carrier element () and is also firmly connected therewith.
