The invention relates to a rail system as a track for suitable running gears and also to the running gear for a carrier roller diagnostic system, wherein the rail system is formed from a closed profile or tube. The rail system according to the invention comprises at least one running rail (), a multi-part track holder () and a holding element () which is arranged with a first region (A) in a running rail support () of the track holder () and is arranged with a second region (B) in the running rail () when the running rail () and the running rail support () are connected to one another in the longitudinal direction, wherein the second region (B) of the holding element () is arranged in a passage opening () of the running rail () or projects through it. The running gear () according to the invention has at least one two-roller system as a guide and drive system, and at least one chassis which receives and connects both roller systems, has connection options for sensor system carriers and/or the energy control module. The guide system is formed such that it surrounds the geometry of the track in such a way that it limits the kinematic degrees of freedom to one and, if necessary, omits the holding of the track. Thus, only one movement (forward/back) along the track is provided. The drive system is designed to move the chassis and all connected systems relative to the track.

The invention relates to idler diagnosis systems on conveyors, comprising a rail system as a track for suitable running gears and the running gear, the rail system being formed from a closed profile or tube. The rail system comprises a multi-part track holder arranged on the belt frame, a fixing rod and a running rail, the track holder being suitable for accommodating the running rail at at least one end by insertion, thus creating a track without cross-section differences. The running gear has at least one two-roller system as a guide and drive system, and at least one chassis that accommodates and connects the two roller systems and has connection options for sensor-system carriers and/or energy control module. The guide system encloses the track so only one movement (forwards/backwards) along the track is provided. The drive system moves the chassis and all the connected systems with respect to the track.

Running track and carrier for diagnostic system of carrier rollers on conveyors

A method and a device are provided for replacing individual idler rollers for conveyors, with which a web belt can be lifted and worn-out or damaged idler rollers in upper and lower runs can be individually replaced. The device includes, separately for replacing the idler rollers in the upper run and in the lower run, a subframe () for lifting the web belt () and for holding the web belt (), such that a sufficient clearance is formed for replacing worn-out idler rollers () by means of a changing frame (). A service vehicle is equipped with a lifting apparatus for moving dividing devices. The process steps include lifting the web belt (), removing the old idler roller (), inserting the new idler roller () and lowering the web belt (). The drawing shows the use of two dividing devices in the replacing of idler rollers in the upper run.

The present invention relates to a conveyor belt system with a circulating conveyor belt, in which a loadable conveyor belt segment rests on upper rolls and an unloaded conveyor belt segment rests on lower rolls, and in which an enclosure extending along the longitudinal axis of the conveyor belt system. The invention also relates to a system for monitoring the rolls in this conveyor belt system. A task of the invention is to propose a conveyor belt system in which the detection of defective rolls is facilitated. The task is solved by way of a conveyor belt system in which the enclosure features diagnostic windows on at least one side of the conveyor belt, such that the diagnostic windows are arranged at the level of the rolls of the conveyor belt and are designed for optical and/or acoustic monitoring of the bearings of the rolls, by being either transparent to diagnostic signals, or easily openable.

A track displaceable service vehicle replaces individual worn or damaged idlers with new idlers in the upper run and lower run of a belt conveyor with rising or falling conveying route, in which there is little space for the use of the service vehicle for replacing the idlers. The service vehicle accommodates a magazine for new and worn idlers and auxiliary devices for lifting the belt and removing old and for installing new idlers. A platform carries service personnel, and can be brought into a horizontal position in case of an inclined travel route of the service vehicle. The replacing of worn or defective idlers takes place in certain cycles in which the entire segment of the belt conveyor is removed and all worn and defective idlers are replaced. The service vehicle has a drive and is suitable for long tunnel sections (conveying routes which extend over several kilometers).

A movable belt conveyor system for a leach pad for use for sulfidic copper ore, where favorable conditions are to be generated for leaching out the copper by a slight compaction of the ore piled up into a dump for the microbiological leaching technology. The movable belt conveyor system of a length of up to several km is composed of a plurality of smaller belt segments, comprising a tail segment (), standard segments () and a head segment (), as well as a traveling tripper (). To prevent the loading by these individual components from being excessively compacted by the weight of the device during multiple travel over the dump during the moving process, the belt drives with the driving drum are accommodated in the tail element (), which is supported on the soil next to the leach pad. In addition, the traveling tripper () is designed as an independent unit with the belt drums, additional belt drives and the belt-tensioning means, which unit is autarchically displaceable on a caterpillar-type moving gear () of its own. Due to the moving of the belt on the caterpillar-type moving gears of the standard segments (71), on the head segment () and on the traveling tripper () as well as due to the absorption of the weight of the tail segment () by the transfer carriage (), the surface pressure acting locally on the dump is reduced and the compaction of the ore on the dump due to being traveled over by the belt conveyor system remains low. Traveling over with a moving device, which frequently happens with the use of a moving caterpillar, is eliminated.
