A valve device includes: a housing; a flow channel extending in the housing; a shaft mounted rotatably in the housing, and having a screw bore having a shoulder; a flap, fastened to the shaft, the flap influencing a flow cross section in the flow channel; a screw having a collar, the screw fixedly attaching the flap to the shaft; a drive driving the flap via the shaft; and a valve seat in the flow channel, the valve seating having a seal arranged on a radially circumferential edge of the flap, the seal being in contact with the valve seat in a closed position of the flap such that the shaft penetrates the flap at an angle. The collar contacts the shoulder such that, when the screw is tightened firmly, a transmission of force from the collar to the shaft takes place via the shoulder.

Valve device in a motor vehicle

A valve device for a fuel cell arrangement in a motor vehicle includes: a housing; a flow channel extending in the housing; a flap configured to influence a flow cross-section in the flow channel; a shaft to which the flap is attached, the shaft being rotatably supported in the housing; a drive configured to drive the flap via the shaft; a valve seat arranged in the flow channel; and a seal including polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) arranged on a radially peripheral edge of the flap, the seal being configured to contact the valve seat with the flap in a closed position of the flap, so that the shaft passes through the flap at an angle. The seal includes a spring.

A valve having a housing in which three ducts that are connected to each another are arranged, one flap, which is mounted rotatably on a shaft is arranged in each of two ducts, an electric motor which drives a shaft by a gearing system, and a transmission mechanism, which drives the second flap depending on the movement of the first flap. On the shaft of the first flap, a cam disc is arranged, on the circumference of which a lever rests, which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the shaft of the second flap.

Common motor driven dual butterfly valves

The present invention relates to a throttle-valve housing having a continuous throttle opening for a throttle-valve which is arranged on a throttle-valve shaft, and a housing having a housing cover and a housing body. An electric drive and a first electronic mechanism for the drive are arranged in the housing, for displacing the throttle-valve shaft. The throttle-valve housing is especially non-complex in terms of production and assembly, and can be especially easily connected to other electronic mechanisms of the motor vehicle. To this end, the first electronic mechanism for the electric drive and the second electronic mechanism for appliances outside the housing are arranged in the cover of the housing. Both the first electronic mechanism of the electric drive for the throttle-valve shaft and the second electronic mechanism for the electrical appliances, can be brought into contact with the electrical appliances outside the housing by means of electrical connections which are at least partially arranged in the cover of the housing.
