A hinge for a door or cover of a cabinet includes first and second hinge wings. Each wing has a plurality of openings for receiving attachment screws that penetrate associated bores in components to be held together by means of the hinge. An adapter is positioned on a back side of each of the components. Each adapter has a projection centered in the bores of the components for receiving a respective screw nut, wherein each screw nut cooperates with one of the attachment screws. A diametrically extending slotted hole disposed in each of the adapters provides for positive-fit, non-rotatable receipt of the screw nut that is displaceable in the slotted hole. Preferably, the diameter of the bores located in the components is greater than a diameter of the attachment screws by the amount of displaceability of the hinge. In this manner, the hinge can be adjusted without detracting from the outward appearance of the hinge on the cabinet door.

Adjustable hinge

A turnbuckle lock for use on a thin-walled door includes a locking tongue and actuating mechanism that are formed as one piece with one another. An inner seal disposed between the housing and actuating mechanism is formed by being sprayed onto the housing. The actuating member and the housing member enclosing the actuating mechanism are permanently connected to each other, and the inner seal is placed inside at least one free space formed on the actuating mechanism. The inner seal and outer seal also may be formed as a one-piece element. By the permanent connection of the housing and the component made up of the actuating mechanism and the locking tongue, it is ensured that the locking tongue cannot be detached from the actuating mechanism, so that the locking function of the turnbuckle lock is always provided.

Turnbuckle lock

The invention relates to an alarm and control system for at least one switch cabinet that can be opened and closed by an operator. Said switch cabinet comprises an electroactuated locking unit () for locking and releasing its door lock and a plurality of modules () that are interlinked via a data-exchange data bus () and that comprise respective signal-processing microprocessors. Said modules have a closed scope of functions, independently process the signals supplied to them and emit a decision signal as the result of processing.

Alarm and control system for a switch cabinet

A bar lock for a locking system is provided, and comprises a lock body having guide slots and two recessed areas symmetrically disposed on opposite sides between the guide slots and separated from one another by a central member. Two lock bars are received in the guide slots and have engagement openings. Two spaced apart pinions are received in the recessed areas. Rotation of the pinions is converted into a longitudinal displacement of the lock bars. The pinions are positively interconnected via a plug.

Locking apparatus for doors of housings or cabinets having a narrow frame profile

A casement closure device for a door is provided, and includes a housing adapted to be fixed to a door leaf or cabinet body. A key-operated lock cylinder is removably disposed in a channel of the housing. A locking tongue is held against the housing and is rotatable between an unlocking and a locking position. The lock cylinder is uncoupled from the locking tongue and is locked in the housing when a key is withdrawn from the lock cylinder. When a key is inserted and moved to the unlocking position, the lock cylinder is removable. The locking tongue is provided with an actuation opening adapted to positively engage an actuating unit insertable in the housing channel when the lock cylinder is removed from the housing.

Casement closure device

A bar-type closure for a door is provided. An actuating device is disposed on the outer surface of the door leaf and is rotatable between an opened and a closed position, with the rotational movement of the actuating device being convertible to longitudinal displacement of at least one locking rod that is guided parallel to the pivot axis of the door on the inner side of the door leaf thereof. The actuating device is provided with a hand lever that is pivotable outwardly about a hinge line axis oriented parallel to the pivot axis of the door and to the direction of displacement of the locking rod. The enlargement of the spacing between the hand lever and the door leaf, when the hand lever pivots, is converted into displacement of the locking rod into its release position by means of a Z-shaped drive lever that is disposed between the door leaf and the hand lever. One end of the drive lever is non-displaceably mounted in a first journal on an inner surface of the hand lever that faces the door leaf. The other end is mounted in a second journal that is displaceable relative to the door leaf. The second journal is coupled with the locking rod by means of an articulation that extends through the door leaf.
