Fibre reactive formazan dyes, their preparation and their use

A dye mixture, comprising at least one blue dyeing dye of the formula (1), wherein Qrepresents a bivalent radical of formula (4), (4) or (4), wherein Xdenotes chlorine or fluorine, Ris hydrogen or C-Calkyl, Ris hydrogen, C-Calkyl, C-Calkoxy or sulfo, Yis vinyl or a radical &#x2014;CH&#x2014;CH&#x2014;U and U is a leaving group removable under alkaline conditions, Ris hydrogen or C-Calkyl that is unsubstituted or substituted by hydroxy, sulfo, sulfato, cyano, carboxy, C-Calkoxy or phenyl, r and s are each independently of the other the number 0 or 1, and t is the number 0, 1 or 2, and the sum of r, s and t is 2 or 3 and at least one yellow or red dyeing reactive dye is suitable especially for the dichromatic or trichromatic dyeing or printing of natural or synthetic polyamide fibre materials and yield dyeings or prints having good reproducibility and good all-round fastness properties.

A composition comprising (A) at least one nickel complex pigment and (B) at least one disperse dye of formula (1) or (2) wherein Ris hydrogen, hydroxy or a radical &#x2014;NHCO&#x2014;Rwherein Ris C-Calkyl or unsubstituted or C-Calkyl- or halo-substituted phenyl, Ris hydrogen, hydroxy or a radical W&#x2014;Rwherein W is &#x2014;NHCO&#x2014; or &#x2014;S&#x2014; and Ris C-Calkyl or unsubstituted or C-Calkyl- or halo-substituted phenyl, Ris hydrogen, Ris hydrogen or hydroxy, Ris hydrogen, or Rand Rtogether form the radical of formula wherein the rings A and B, independently of one another, may carry further substituents, Ris hydrogen or &#x2014;CO&#x2014;C-Calkyl wherein the C-Calkyl radical may be substituted by carboxy, or a radical wherein Ris hydrogen, C-Calkyl, hydroxy, carboxy or halogen, Ris hydrogen, C-Calkyl or halogen and Ris hydrogen or C-Calkyl or, when Ris halogen, Rmay be methyl, Ris hydrogen or halogen, Ris hydrogen or halogen, and n is a number 0, 1 or 2, with the proviso that R, R, R, R, and Rare not all simultaneously hydrogen, is suitable for the dyeing or printing of semi-synthetic or synthetic hydrophobic fiber materials and in the production of colored plastics or polymeric color particles. 

Pigment/dye mixtures

The present application relates to a process for preparing dyed plastics or polymeric dye particles characterized in that it comprises mixing a high molecular weight organic material with a coloristically effective amount of at least one dye of the formula where Ris hydrogen, hydroxyl or a radical &#x2014;NHCO&#x2014;R, where Ris C-Calkyl or unsubstituted or C-Calkyl- or halogen-substituted phenyl, Ris hydrogen, hydroxyl or a radical W&#x2014;R, where W is &#x2014;NHCO&#x2014; or &#x2014;S&#x2014; and Ris C-Calkyl or unsubstituted or C-Calkyl- or halogen-substituted phenyl, Ris hydrogen, Ris hydrogen or hydroxyl, Ris hydrogen, or Rand Rcombine to form the radical of the formula, where the rings A and B may independently bear further substituents.

Preparation of dyed plastics or polymeric dye particles

The present invention relates to a process for dyeing or printing manufactured natural polymer or synthetic hydrophobic fiber materials, characterized in that it comprises using dyes of the formula (I), where Ris hydrogen, hydroxyl or a radical &#x2014;NHCO&#x2014;R, where Ris C-Calkyl or unsubstituted or C-Calkyl- or halogen-substituted phenyl, Ris hydrogen, hydroxyl or a radical W&#x2014;R, where W is &#x2014;NHCO&#x2014; or &#x2014;S&#x2014; and Ris CCalkyl or unsubstituted or C-Calkyl- or halogen-substituted phenyl, Ris hydrogen, Ris hydrogen or hydroxyl, Ris hydrogen, halogen, methoxy, phenoxy or phenylthio, or Rand Rcombine to form the radical of the formula (II), where the rings A and B may independently bear further substituents, to the use of these dyes for trichromatic dyeing of manufactured natural polymer or synthetic hydrophobic fiber materials and mass dyeing of plastics materials and to producing solid on-tone combinations of plastics material and manufactured natural polymer or synthetic fiber material.
