An explosive material container () for a block of explosive material (), in particular comprising a protective film (), is described in which an inflow protection element in the form of a cover () with integrated protection, support, guiding and/or positioning functions is provided. The inflow protection cover () is, preferably, provided with sealing and/or adhesive material and is placed on two or more edge profiles () of the explosive material container (), on the firing side, on the explosive material block () packed in the protective film (). Positioning tips () of the inflow protection cover () and the explosive material container () assume the positioning function.

Explosive material container

An effect body is encapsulated in such a way that the encapsulation or casing supports the ignition behavior of the effect body or of the components. The effect body has a casing for accommodating the components of the effect body, which differ with regard to the chemical composition and the properties thereof. An additional component is located in the casing as an ignition aid. The effect body can be ignited through the top/side surface of the casing or by an internal ignition mixture located inside the effect body.

Encapsulated effect body for an infrared decoy

An active body is provided that includes at least one active mass block made of monobasic or polybasic high-energy materials such as a nitrocellulose mixture, for example, comprising approximately 60 percent nitroglycerin and 40 percent diethylene glycol dinitrate, which is provided with structures both on a surface and on an interior. In addition, the inner structures can be filled with an active mass substance. The ignition is triggered by a pyrotechnical primer composition, which initiates the active body, preferably from the inside.

Active body

An active body () is proposed that has, as active mass (), multiple flares () arranged behind each other or stacked, in particular for the generation of decoys, wherein the flares () are NC (nitrocellulose) and RP (red phosphorus) single flares. The single flares () are evenly or unevenly stacked in succession such that one RP single flare () lies on an NC single flare (), or multiple NC single flares () or multiple RP single flares () follow each other, so that it is possible to vary the percentage of NC and RP in the active body () from about 0% to about 100%. A container () houses the active mass (), and can in turn have predetermined breaking points () to facilitate the break up of the active body ().

The invention relates to a safety device () for a block of explosive material, forming a missile decoy, that is introduced into an explosive material container () with a sabot () and an ignition transmission charge (). The safety device () is characterized by a prestressed tube sensor/slide () that is connected between the sabot (), the ignition transmission charge () and the explosive material container () such that it can release or re-close an ignition channel () disposed between the ignition transmission charge () and the explosive material.

Decoy with a simple safety device

A protection system () is proposed which comprises a storage container (), a transport unit (), an activation unit (), an ejection unit (), a monitoring/control unit () and a user unit/interface (), as well as at least one effect body (). This system () is integrated at the front in a flying carrier (), and a modular system (), with the object of positioning spoof measures in a defined manner, in this case by means of the effect body (). The various effect bodies () are preferably activated and initiated in a controlled manner without any physical contact, in the same way as pneumatic or mechanical ejection of these effect bodies (). The effect bodies () are packets without any munitions, and are responsible for the actual effect of the system () outside the carrier ().
