The invention relates to a rotor () for a permanent magnet synchronous machine, comprising a laminated core () arranged on a shaft () extending in the axial direction (A), a plurality of poles () being arranged around the periphery of the laminated core, wherein at least one magnet () is provided per pole. A machine component of an electric machine includes a metal base body and a sealing element, arranged on the base body, for thermally decoupling the machine component and a unit abutting it. The base body is manufactured by pressure die-casting. The sealing element is made from plastic and is connected to the base body in a form-fit manner during the pressure die-casting of the base body.

A rotor of an electric machine includes a plurality of permanent magnets arranged on an exterior of the rotor, and a bandage tape wound around the permanent magnets for fixing the permanent magnets in place. The bandage tape includes a first tape end, which is fastened to a surface of at least one permanent magnet, and a second tape end, which is an end of an outermost tape section of the bandage tape and is fastened to a tape section of the bandage tape disposed below the outermost tape section. The bandage tape is wound around the permanent magnets with a prestress such that in a region of each permanent magnet, at least one tape section of the bandage tape has a predeterminable minimum prestress.

In a method for producing a stator winding of a stator, an auxiliary element is positioned with its central axis in alignment with a central axis of the stator. Bobbins are arranged on the auxiliary element in uniformly spaced-apart relationship around the central axis of the auxiliary element, and a circuit carrier is arranged on the auxiliary element radially inside the bobbins. Coils are formed by winding a conductor wire for each phase of the stator winding onto a corresponding one of the bobbins and routed via the circuit carrier to another one of the bobbins of this phase and wound thereon. Each of the bobbins is pivoted with the coils about a pivot so as to enable the bobbins to pivot up onto radially outwardly protruding stator teeth of the stator from radially outside.

In order to connect an angle measuring device to a brushless direct-current motor, a coupling is used, the coupling halves () of which are each attached to the rotor () of the motor and/or the rotor () of the angle measuring device. Instead of using a coupling that is rotationally symmetrical at arbitrary angular positions as in the prior art, a coupling is used in which the coupling halves () can be connected to one another only in a finite number of relative angular positions. An adjustment must be made before the coupling halves () are attached to the respective rotors (). This allows all subsequent adjustment to be omitted, for example, even for maintenance work.

The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of automation in the production of an electrical machine. Particularly, the aim is to be able automate the connection of the coils of an electrical machine. For this purpose, provision is made for the coil ends () to be connected using at least one busbar (). The ends () of the respective busbars () are hot crimped or welded to the associated end () of the coil. Thus, it is possible to eliminate manual drilling and welding of the coil ends. Moreover, the hot-crimped and welded connections have a high degree of electric strength and a high current carrying capability.

A dynamoelectric machine includes a stator in which a winding system is positioned, and at least a multi-part plug housing with a pivot joint between housing parts of the plug housing. The plug housing has at least one plug-type connector with at least two plugging elements.
