A vibration damper with a damper piston which is arranged in a main tube with hydraulic medium and can be moved to and fro in an axial direction relative to the main tube. The main tube is arranged in a container tube, wherein an intermediate tube is arranged between the main tube and the container tube. The main tube, the intermediate tube and the container tube are arranged coaxially in a three-tube damper. The damper piston is attached at one end of a piston rod. The three-tube damper is equipped with a hydraulic end-position damping and at its end opposite the piston rod, has a central valve block with two damper valve devices. The central valve block is partially fitted with an air spring resting on an axial support ring which is connected by a single main weld seam to the container tube and central valve block by substance bonding.

Vibration damper and motor vehicle with active suspension

A pressure-medium actuated swivel motor includes a cylinder with closed ends and an inside surface with a pair of diametrically opposed axially extending ribs, and a motor shaft with a pair of diametrically opposed axially extending vanes, wherein the vanes and the ribs bound first and second pairs of diametrically opposed working chambers between the motor shaft and the cylinder. First and second pressure medium ports are connected to respective first and second pairs of working chambers, each pair being connected by an interconnection channel through the shaft. A movable separating element which divides a compensating space in the piston into a first and second compensating subspaces, wherein the first compensating subspace is connected to the first pair of working chambers, and the second compensating subspace is connected to the second pair of working chambers.

Pressure medium-actuated unit

An oscillating motor includes a cylinder which is filled with hydraulic medium and which has at least one rib on its inside wall, whereby a motor shaft with at least one vane is supported inside the cylinder with freedom to oscillate, a sleeve concentric to the motor shaft, and a pressure-preloaded sealing arrangement inside each of at least two ring-shaped spaces between the cylinder and the motor shaft, which sealing arrangements seal the working chambers formed by the cylinder and its rib, the motor shaft, and the vane together with the cylinder covers at the ends. The ring-shaped spaces are connected to each other by a pressure equalization channel, and an axial groove, which forms the pressure equalization channel, is present in the contact area between the motor shaft and the sleeve.
