An injection molding device with a middle mold part arranged in a first direction between first and second outer mold parts that are linearly movable with respect to the middle mold part in the first direction between open and closed positions. One or more side face regions of the middle mold part is configured to receive and hold in a lateral position a cavity module from outside of the injection mold during injection molding. A first cavity arranged in the cavity module at least in the closed position of the injection mold communicates with a first cavity half of a second cavity. At least one of the outer mold parts includes a second half of the second cavity, which interacts with the first half to form the second cavity to receive a liquefied plastic material and to form a second component interconnected to the first component.

Method and device for making a multi component product

An injection molding device comprising an injection mold with a middle mold part arranged in a first direction between a first outer mold part and a second outer mold part. The first outer mold part and the second outer mold part are linearly movable with respect to the middle mold part in the first direction between an open position and a closed position of the injection mold. The middle mold part is turnable about a rotation axis and comprises a side face which comprises a first cavity suitable to temporarily receive a first component. The first cavity communicates with a first half of a second cavity. The invention relates to an injection molding device () with at least one first and at least one second outer mold half (), which are arranged in a movable manner relative to each other in a first direction (x). The molding device comprises a central mold part, which can be rotated about a rotational axis and which comprises at least one inner mold half arranged on the central mold part, and at least one outer mold half, which interacts with the inner mold half in order to form cavities in a closed configuration of the molding device and which is arranged in a movable manner relative to the inner mold half in a first direction (x). Furthermore, at least one first connector element arranged on the central mold part and at least one second connector element arranged on the outer mold half are provided, said second connector element being operatively connected to the first connector element at least in a closed configuration of the molding device.

Device for producing a product by means of injection molding, and method

The invention relates to a retaining device for a rotatable center block in an injection molding device, comprising a lower rotary plate rotatable about an axis of rotation and driven by a motor, the lower rotary plate being used for retaining the rotatable center block. The retaining device comprises a lower cross member, which is mounted movably in the longitudinal direction (x) on guide rails while supported on a machine bed of the injection molding device by means of first bearing blocks. The retaining device can have two bearing blocks, by means of which the lower cross member is supported in the circumferential direction relative to lower beams of the injection molding device. For a further increase in efficiency, the center block has a main body made of a material of lower density than a coupling plate operatively connected thereto.

Injection moulding device having a rotatable centre part

The invention relates to a retaining device () for a rotatable mold center part () in an injection molding machine, the retaining device comprising a plate () used for retaining the rotatable mold center part (), the plate being rotatable about an axis of rotation () and driven by means of a motor (). The retaining device () comprises a lower cross member (), which is mounted movably in the longitudinal direction (x) on guide rails () while supported on a machine bed () of the injection molding machine by means of first bearing blocks (). Retaining device for a turning system

The invention relates to a retaining device () for a rotatable center block () in an injection molding device (), comprising a lower rotary plate () rotatable about an axis of rotation () and driven by a motor (), the lower rotary plate being used for retaining the rotatable center block (). The retaining device () comprises a lower cross member (), which is mounted movably in the longitudinal direction (x) on guide rails () while supported on a machine bed of the injection molding device by means of first bearing blocks (). An injection molding device includes a first mold half and a second mold half, which is arranged so that the second mold half can be moved linearly in in relation to the first mold half. A third mold half, arranged between the first and the second mold halves, interacts with the first mold half in a first parting plane to form first cavities and interacts with the second mold half in a second parting plane to form second cavities. The third mold half includes an upper part and a lower part, spaced apart by a slot. A first drive shaft is arranged in an interior of the third mold half. The first drive shaft includes at least one carrier arranged on an arm so that the carrier is movable in a radial direction. The first drive shaft is supported with respect to both the upper part and the lower part by at least one bearing.

Injection moulding device

The invention relates to a device and a method for producing plastic moldings from at least two different sub-elements () that includes first and second mold halves () and a rotatable center block () with center and third mold halves () interposed therebetween. The center and third mold halves define first and second parting planes with the first and second mold halves. First cavities are defined in the first parting plane, into which a first plastic component is introduced to produce preforms (). When the first parting plane is opened, the performs () remain on the center mold halves () and are brought into the second parting plane when the center block () is rotated, in which second parting plane second cavities are at least partially defined by the preforms (), into which a second plastic component is introduced and first sub-elements () are produced. Second sub-elements () are produced in the additional cavities. When the second parting plane is opened, the sub-elements () remain on the center and third mold halves () and are rotated into a lateral assembly position when the center block () is rotated.
