System and method for automatic entity relationship (ER) model generation for services as software is disclosed. ER model generation by automated knowledge acquisition is disclosed, and automation of knowledge generation process is disclosed. Information extraction process is automated and multilevel validation of information extraction process is provided. System comprises training module to train information extraction model, and knowledge generation module for population of ER model. Standard Operators are generated based on the ER model so generated (populated). Context aware entity extraction is implemented for the ER model generation. System and method leverages existing ER model to make the system self-learning and intelligent, and provides common platform for knowledge generation from different data sources comprising documents, database, website, web corpus, and blog.

Method and system for entity relationship model generation

Disclosed is method and system for converting text used to perform an operation to reusable actionable knowledge form. Procedural knowledge available in run books is converted into reusable actionable knowledge form. The method comprises structuring the text by performing merging, grouping, editing, removing statements and marking statements present in structured text into action segments, predicates, and comments, by parsing technique and rule based reasoning. Predicate comprise conditions, action segment comprise actionable statements executed upon fulfilling conditions. Actionable statement is used to perform a task of the operation. Action segments are mapped with predicates to generate predicate-action pairs, standard operators relevant to each of conditions of predicate and actionable statements of action segment are selected, and score for standard operators is determined, and a standard operator having highest score is linked with conditions and actionable statements of the predicate-action pair, thereby converting predicate-action pair in reusable actionable knowledge form.

The present application provides a method and system for building a domain intelligent solution, comprises of utilizing a language existing as a generic model for capturing intrinsic knowledge pertaining to a technical domain; creating a domain intelligent solution for said technical domain using said language or vocabulary; translating the domain intelligent solution into required wrappers for them to be integrated with a third party technology or tool; and integrating said created domain intelligent solution with the third party technology or tool for providing system engineering capabilities to make them domain intelligent.

Method and system for building domain intelligent solution

This disclosure relates generally to performing user segmentation, and more particularly to predicting attribute values for user segmentation. In one embodiment, the method includes segregating a user with an incomplete attribute value and a user with complete attribute values for an attribute into a first group and a second group respectively, computing prior probability for each suggestive attribute value, identified for the incomplete attribute value, based on number of users in second group having the suggestive attribute value as attribute value for the attribute. Computing likelihood for each suggestive attribute value based on similarity of the attribute values of the user of the first group with users of the second group, computing a posterior probability for each suggestive attribute value based on the prior probability and the likelihood, selecting a suggestive attribute value with the highest posterior probability as the attribute value for the incomplete attribute value of the user.

Described herein, is a method for user segmentation for cost-based deployment of enterprise infrastructure. According to an implementation, for each of the users, a user fingerprint (UFP) score set comprising rating scores that quantify levels of enterprise-level needs of the each user is determined. For each of deployment solutions of the enterprise, a deployment fingerprint (DFP) score set comprising rating scores that quantify levels of capabilities of the each deployment solution enabled to meet enterprise-level needs of the users is determined. The users are grouped into user segments based on the UFP score sets of the users. A definition of each of the user segments is determined. The definition is indicative of a user whose enterprise-level needs define characteristics of the corresponding user segment. A number of user segments is found based on a cost associated with the deployment solutions for the user segments.

User segmentation for cost-based deployment of enterprise infrastructure

A system and method for creating an instance model is provided. The system provides an information extraction and modeling framework from wide spectrum of document types such as PDF, Text, HTML, LOG, CSV, images, audio/video files and DOCX. In this framework information is extracted and mapped on a domain conceptual model like ER model and the instance model is created. Initially a template model is created using the existing ER model and the plurality of data sources. The template model, the existing ER model and the information extracted from the plurality of data sources are then provided as input to generate the instance model. The system or method is not limited to extract information from log files. This can be useful for different types of files type if the structures and formats of data are different. The system can also be used with unstructured type of data sources.

Method comprises modeling of knowledge required for execution of service operation by representing factual knowledge and actionable knowledge in executable form. Modeling comprises representing standard operators and service operation. Service operation comprises parameters and rules presented in form of list of predicate-action pairs. Predicate-action pair comprises predicate and action. Predicate defines condition to be verified to comply with rule, and action specifies standard operator to be executed based on verification of condition. Method further comprises execution of service operation. Execution of service operation comprises selecting each predicate-action pair from list of predicate-action pairs and supplying subset of parameters to predicate of each predicate-action pair, verifying condition using subset of parameters, selecting standard operator based on verification of condition, supplying subset of parameters to standard operator, executing the standard operator by using subset of parameters.

Systems and methods for generating a blueprint for an enterprise is provided. The system obtains information pertaining to an enterprise from data sources, extracts entities from the information, and identifies relationships across the entities, performs conflict resolution check on the information received from the data sources based on pre-defined rules, identifies one or more missing links in the information. The system further computes a completeness score for the information based on at least one of the conflict resolution check and the missing links, and generates a blueprint of the information and the one or more entities for the enterprise. Authentic data sources are identified from the data sources based on at least one of assigned weight, and one or more instances of, and contribution by, the data sources in the information. The completeness score is computed based on the instances and contribution of the sources in the information.

Systems and methods for generating blueprints for enterprises

Methods and systems for Assurance-enabled Linde Buzo Gray (ALBG) data clustering is described herein. In an implementation, a user model data from a database available to the processor is obtained. The user model data comprises data elements or users, each of which corresponds to features and feature values associated with the users. These data elements of the user model data are segmented into clusters using our segmentation approach with an initial accuracy criterion parametric value and the output is captured as segment data. The segment data output is checked for initial pareto validity. If successful, iterative segmentation run with incremental accuracy criterion using parameterized value is performed till the segmented clusters are determined valid against pareto validity check. The last successful pareto valid segmented cluster data is considered as the finalized segment output data. For an invalid initial pareto validity check, a segmentation run with a pre-determined accuracy criterion value is done to arrive at the finalized segment output data.

In another aspect, a part of an Entity relationship instance model associated with the task is identified dynamically based on the part of the Entity Relationship Model matching with the task and the task information; and part of the Entity relationship Instance model and service operation template processed dynamically, to generate and execute the service operation implementation for executing the task.

The present subject matter relates to providing automated units for infrastructure support. In an example, an operation log having information pertaining to actions performed to resolve a ticket, may be filtered based on filtering attributes. The filtering attributes may aid in selection of content relevant for identifying an automatable unit from the operation log. The automatable unit may be one of a standard operator unit and a control flow unit. The content may be further analyzed to generate the automatable unit. The content may be analyzed using one of a sequence mining technique and a graph mining technique. Further, the automatable unit may be provided in a support service knowledgebase accessible by the users for dynamically resolving tickets similar to the ticket.

The method includes: configuring the OS and executing the OS which further comprises the steps of identification of a first OS and a first operation based on the configuration, routing a first message received, executing the first operation by the first OS, routing the first message to the first OS identified. The first operation is performed by invoking a first tool wherein the first tool may send the first message to the router which further routes the first message to the OS with the first message eventually reaching the user via the TS.
