Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for identifying, logging and reporting application events in an electronic network. The present invention is configured to receive at least one user interaction associated with at least one application, wherein the user interaction comprises a user identifier associated with a user account and an interaction identifier associated with the at least one user interaction; determine at least one interaction keyword based on the at least one user interaction; generate a specific interaction log comprising the at least one user interaction and the at least one interaction keyword; and generate a query dashboard comprising at least a plurality of interaction logs, wherein the plurality of interaction logs comprises at least the specific interaction log and an associated application identifier based on the at least one application and at least a second interaction log associated with at least a second application.

Systems, methods, and apparatuses for identifying, logging and reporting application events in an electronic network

Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for processing cardless transactions at automated teller devices are presented. In some embodiments, a computer system may receive, from an automated teller device associated with a financial institution, login input comprising one or more online banking credentials associated with a customer of the financial institution. Subsequently, the computer system may validate the login input. If the login input is valid, the computer system may generate a one-time passcode. Then, the computer system may send, to a customer mobile device associated with the customer, the one-time passcode. Thereafter, the computer system may receive, from the automated teller device, passcode input. Subsequently, the computer system may validate the passcode input. If the passcode input is valid, the computer system may generate a customer authentication message. Then, the computer system may send, to the automated teller device, the customer authentication message.

Processing cardless transactions at automated teller devices

Methods and systems for evaluating customer security preferences are presented. In some embodiments, a computer system may receive, from a customer portal computing platform, a request for a security dashboard user interface for a customer. In response to receiving the request for the security dashboard user interface, the computer system may request, from a security score computing platform, a security score for the customer. Subsequently, the computer system may receive, from the security score computing platform, the security score for the customer. The computer system then may generate, based on the security score for the customer, the security dashboard user interface for the customer. Thereafter, the computer system may provide, to the customer portal computing platform, the generated security dashboard user interface for the customer.

Evaluating customer security preferences

Methods and systems for evaluating customer security preferences are presented. In some embodiments, a computer system may receive, from a security dashboard computing platform, a request for a security score associated with a customer. In response to receiving the request for the security score associated with the customer, the computer system may request, from a customer portal computing platform, one or more security preferences associated with the customer. Subsequently, the computer system may receive, from the customer portal computing platform, the one or more security preferences associated with the customer. The computer system then may determine, based on at least one security score definition file and based on the one or more security preferences associated with the customer, a security score for the customer. Thereafter, the computer system may provide, to the security dashboard computing platform, the determined security score for the customer.
