A brake caliper and hub bracket assembly for a disc brake of a vehicle, comprising at least one caliper and at least one hub bracket, the brake caliper comprising a caliper body comprising a first elongated element, or vehicle side elongated element, suitable for directly or indirectly facing said first braking surface of the brake disc by at least a first brake pad, and a second elongated element, or wheel side elongated element, opposed to the vehicle side elongated element and suitable for directly or indirectly facing said second braking surface of the brake disc by at least a second brake pad. The vehicle side elongated element comprises at least a first thrust means seat suitable for receiving a piston for exerting a thrust action on the at least first brake pad. The wheel side elongated element comprises at least a second thrust means seat suitable for receiving a piston for exerting a thrust action on the at least second brake pad. The caliper body comprises at least one side caliper bridge suitable for straddling the brake disc, the caliper side bridge connecting the vehicle side elongated element and the wheel side elongated element. The hub bracket comprises a hub bracket body connected to at least one portion of the caliper body, the hub bracket body comprising at least one coupling surface suitable for coupling to at least one bearing for supporting a wheel hub connectable to the brake disc and to a wheel of the vehicle.

A disc brake caliper comprising a suspension side portion, facing an associable suspension to support said caliper, a wheel side portion facing a wheel being rotatably integrally associable to a brake disc, said wheel side and suspension side portion comprising cylinders suitable to house pistons facing pads for breaking the brake disc, and being connected by at least one connecting bridge extending astride the brake disc. A device for adjusting the position of the brake lever of a motorcycle comprises a bracket () connectable to a handlebar (), a brake lever () extending in an essentially longitudinal direction (X-X), pivotally mounted on the bracket () and intended to be moved towards or away from a hydraulic actuator (), and an adjustment lever () pivotally mounted on the bracket () and functionally connected to the brake lever () in order to operate the hydraulic actuator () when the brake lever () moves towards the hydraulic actuator (). The device () possesses means () for adjusting the position of the brake lever () with respect to the adjustment lever (), these means comprising a pin () extending in the longitudinal direction (X-X) in a continuation of the brake lever (), which pin is engaged in such a way that it can be adjusted axially with respect to the brake lever () and is engaged in abutment with the adjustment lever (), so that a movement in the longitudinal direction (X-X) of the pin () with respect to the brake lever () corresponds to a change in the position of the brake lever () with respect to the adjustment lever ().

A braking band () of a disc-brake disc (), which has an unusual ability to improve the cooling efficiency of the disc brake, comprises a first plate () and a second plate () arranged face to face so as to form a space (). A set of spacer elements (-) which connect the first plate () and the second plate. () constitutes a module which is repeated around a circle coaxial with the braking band. The set comprises a first fin () which connects the first plate () to the second plate () and which extends along an arcuate line (). The set of spacer elements further comprises a second fin (), a third fin (), and a fourth fin () which connect the first plate () to the second plate () and which extend along a further arcuate line () interposed between two adjacent arcuate lines ().

The disk includes a bell (), an annular braking band () and coupling () between bell and band. The bell () is provided with a plurality of openings () along its periphery, the band () is provided in the vicinity of its inner edge with a corresponding plurality of slots () having parallel sides in the radial direction, while the coupling includes a plurality of dragging elements (), each of which engages with an opening () of the bell and a slot () of the band to create a tangential constraint between bell () and band (). In order to reduce the specific pressure between the dragging elements () and the slots (), each of the dragging elements () includes a part () with two parallel opposite faces () that engage with the parallel sides of the slot () in such a manner as to be in contact with them.

A caliper for disk brakes for high-performance cars, which has a high degree of reliability, comprises a body having two side portions and two transverse bridges connecting the two side portions, cylinder-piston units arranged along each side portion, and a circuit for a fluid for cooling the cylinder-piston units, the circuit comprising wells which are formed along the side portions and are of a depth such that they extend substantially as far as the wall delimiting the cylinder-piston units, and which are closed by covers, the circuit also comprising connecting ducts between adjacent wells.

A bleed device for hydraulic circuits and a kit for bleeding are described that enable bleeding of the hydraulic circuit independently of the removal or slackening of the bleed device. In one embodiment, the bleed device comprises two opposing ends having a bleed duct extending through them. One end is designed to close the aperture of the hydraulic circuit. The other end is part of a quick-release connector and is designed to couple with the other part of the quick-release connector, whereby the bleed device may be connected to a bleed liquid collection vessel. Also, coupling of the quick-release connector simultaneously opens a one-way check valve in the bleed duct. The one-way check valve closes during normal operation of the hydraulic circuit. A protective cap on the bleed device keeps foreign matter from fouling the quick-release connector end.
