A water drainage device for a filter module is provided with a valve housing that has a valve bore and a valve body received at least in sections thereof in the valve bore. The water drainage device can be transferred from a closed state, in which the valve body seals in relation to a valve seat of the valve bore, into an open state, in which the valve body is lifted off the valve seat, and transferred from the open state into the closed state. The valve body, upon transfer of the water drainage device from the closed state into the open state, moves linearly along the longitudinal axis of the valve bore and away from the valve seat along or at a slant to a direction of gravity in downward direction.

Water drainage device, filter module, and method

A water drainage device for a filter module is provided with a valve housing that has a valve bore, a valve body received at least in sections in the valve bore, an actuation rod for actuating the valve body, and a coupling device operatively connecting the actuation rod with the valve body and enabling a tilting of the actuation rod in relation to the valve body. The water drainage device can be transferred from a closed state, in which the valve body seals in relation to the valve seat of the valve bore, into an open state, in which the valve body is lifted off the valve seat, and in reverse. The filter module has a filter housing with a housing top part. The valve body, upon transfer of the water drainage device from closed state into open state, moves toward the housing top part of the filter housing.

A filter element for liquid filtration has a hollow-cylindrical filter medium body and an end disk covering an end face of the filter medium body. A central cutout axially penetrates the end disk. An outflow channel for liquid to be filtered or filtered liquid is arranged at the end disk and connects to a liquid collecting space. The outflow channel extends from a radially outward wall surface of the filter medium body to the central cutout of the end disk. The outflow channel is controlled by a drainage device. A filter device with a filter housing provided with such a filter element has a drainage device that controls the outflow channel. A filter device with a drainage device having a first drainage position for draining only water and a second drainage position draining water from a water collecting space and liquid from a liquid collecting space is provided.

Filter element for liquid filtration

A valve device for a fuel filter module has a first fluid channel through which fuel flows only in recirculation mode of the fuel filter module and a second fluid channel through which fuel flows only outside of the recirculation mode. The first fluid channel extends inside the second fluid channel. The first and second fluid channels are coaxial to each other. A fuel filter module switchable into recirculation mode and out of recirculation mode is provided with a control valve that has a valve bore and a valve device arranged in the valve bore, wherein the valve device has a first fluid channel through which fuel flows only in recirculation mode and a second fluid channel through which fuel flows only outside of the recirculation mode. The first fluid channel extends inside the second fluid channel, and the first and second fluid channels are coaxial to each other.

Valve device and fuel filter module

A filter system () includes a housing () in which a replaceable filter element () is arranged between a pre-filtration side () and a post-filtration side (). The filter element () has an element-fixed central tube (), wherein a closure element () is provided on a housing side, the closure element () opening a post-filtration-side fluid outlet () when the filter element () has been inserted, and blocking the post-filtration-side fluid outlet () when the filter element () has been removed. The filter element () has an actuating element () for the closure element ().

Filter system, closure element, and filter element

The invention relates to a filter element () having a first fluid path () on a raw side () for filtering a first fluid () and a second fluid path () having a fluid line () on a clean side () for carrying a second fluid (). The filter element () is provided at least on one side with a first end plate (). Here, the fluid line () is arranged in the central inner region () of the filter element () and connected with the end plate () for joint disassembly, especially securely connected to the filter element. The invention further relates to a filter system () including such a filter element ().

Filter element

A water separator for water contained in fuel has a water separator housing with a separator element. A water collecting chamber is arranged in operation of the water separator below the separator element. A water collecting chamber through opening fluidically connects the water collecting chamber with the separator element. A drainage through opening has a first end which leads, for draining water from the water separator, out of the water separator. A second end is connected fluidically by an overflow valve to the water collecting chamber. The overflow valve has a float closing off a connection between drainage through opening and water collecting chamber when a water filling level has not reached the overflow valve. The float has an average density of 700 kg/mto 1,000 kg/mso that the float, when the water filling level is reached, opens the connection between water collecting chamber and drainage through opening.

The invention relates to an oil pan () for an internal combustion engine transmission unit () comprising an oil pan housing () and a carrier flange, by way of which the oil pan housing is to be connected to the transmission housing () of the transmission. The carrier flange () is affixed to the transmission housing (), and is connected to the oil pan housing () via a detachable connecting unit, wherein the connecting unit can be released or locked for the assembly and disassembly of the oil pan housing between the oil pan housing () and the carrier flange () regardless of the disassembly of the carrier flange from the transmission housing.
