A control apparatus for an electromechanical-brake-booster of a vehicle, having: an electronic-device to control an electric-motor of the electromechanical-brake-booster so that an output piston, connected indirectly to the electric-motor, of the electromechanical-brake-booster is displaceable out of its initial-position by the controlled electric-motor, such that only after a displacement of the output-piston out of its initial-position by at least a predefined limit displacement travel does a frictional engagement exist between the output-piston and an input-piston that is indirectly connected to the brake-pedal and is displaced by the actuation of the brake-pedal, and such that a speed of the output-piston displaced out of its initial-position by less than the limit displacement travel is at first increased from a reference-speed to a maximum-speed and is then reduced from the maximum-speed to the reference-speed. The invention furthermore relates to a method for operating an electromechanical-brake-booster of a vehicle.

A method for automatically braking a vehicle using a hydraulic brake system, which includes a multi-stage valve situated between a master brake cylinder and the intake side of a hydraulic pump. To attenuate a pressure equalization process between a fluid volume on the side of the master brake cylinder and a suction line of the hydraulic pump, the control current for the valve is increased in ramp-shaped manner in order to first open a preliminary stage and then a main stage of the valve.

The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for winding a winding wire onto a winding body, and to an associated magnet assembly. The start of the winding wire is threaded into a first wire-receiving slot of a first electrical connection dome. By a winding operation a predefinable number of turns are then wound onto the winding body, and one end of the winding wire is threaded into a second wire-receiving slot of a second electrical connection dome and cut off. According to the invention, the start of the winding wire which has been threaded into the first wire-receiving slot is placed on a first wire support which is arranged downstream of the first wire-receiving slot. The winding wire is shaped and held before the winding operation such that the diameter of the winding wire is increased at one region positioned on the first wire support, in the direction of the width of the first wire-receiving slot, and the start of the winding wire is prevented from slipping back into the first wire-receiving slot.

Method and arrangement for winding a winding wire onto a winding body and associated magnet assembly for a solenoid valve

An electromagnetically actuatable valve for brake systems in motor vehicles, comprises a hydraulic part and an electric part. The valve is partially placed inside a valve block, in which an inlet borehole and an outlet borehole for a hydraulic fluid are made. The hydraulic part comprises a valve element inside of which a transversal borehole is made that communicates with the inlet borehole. In addition, a number of longitudinal boreholes, which are connected to the outlet borehole, are made in the valve element. The transversal borehole and the longitudinal boreholes are connected via a closing element. The valve enables a controlled opening and closing of the closing element thereby making a low-noise switching of the valve possible.
