Methods of treating or preventing ainfection in a subject are provided. The methods comprise administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of ainhibitor, e.g., aprotease inhibitor. These methods are useful in treating and/or preventinginfections such as, for example, West Nile Virus, Dengue Virus, and Japanese Encephalitis Virus. Methods of inhibiting aprotease in a cell are also provided.

Flavivirus protease inhibitors

Methods of treating, preventing, and/or ameliorating ainfection in a subject are disclosed. The methods comprise administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of ainhibitor, e.g., aserine protease inhibitor. These methods are useful in treating, preventing, and/or amelioratinginfections such as, for example, West Nile Virus, Dengue Virus, and Japanese Encephalitis Virus.

Flavivirus inhibitors and methods of their use

Methods of treating, preventing, and/or ameliorating a Flavivirus infection in a subject are disclosed. The methods comprise administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a Flavivirus inhibitor, e.g., a Flavivirus serine protease inhibitor. These methods are useful in treating, preventing, and/or ameliorating Flavivurs infections such as, for example, West Nile Virus, Dengue Virus, and Japanese Encephalitis Virus.
