Respiratory protection hood

A respiratory protection hood having a sealed flexible shell including a pressurized oxygen vessel provided with a calibrated output opening leading into the inside space of the flexible shell and a device for trapping at least one portion of the carbon dioxide exhaled by the user that includes a cartridge for adsorbing carbon dioxide having a perforated tube arranged around a volume of carbon dioxide absorbing material. At least one portion of the perforated tube being arranged around the volume of absorbent material in direct communication with the inside space of the hood.

A full hood respirator includes a fluidtight flexible bag intended to be slipped over the head of a user, the flexible bag being equipped with a transparent window and comprising, in its lower part, a source of oxygen-enriched gas and connected to an outlet orifice opening into the internal volume of the flexible bag, characterized in that the hood comprises a flexible suspension member arranged inside the flexible bag, the suspension member forming a hat or cap having a surface area smaller than the surface area of the outer flexible bag, at least part of the border of the suspension member is rigidly connected to the flexible bag, the suspension member being intended, when the hood is in the position of use, to rest on the top of the head of the user at a height somewhere between the base and the top of the hood.

Full hood respirator

Full hood respirator comprising a fluidtight flexible bag intended to be slipped over the head of a user, the flexible bag being provided with a transparent window and comprising, in its lower part, a rigid base element of annular overall shape intended to be positioned around the neck of the user, the base element comprising a tubular oxygen reservoir of pressurized oxygen provided with a calibrated outlet orifice opening into the internal volume of the flexible bag, characterized in that the base element comprises at least two rigid parts connected by an articulation, the two parts being movable relative to one another between a furled first position that prevents a head from entering the hood through the base element and an unfurled position of use that allows a head to enter the hood through the base element.

A hood comprising a flexible envelope and a reservoir of oxygen comprising a calibrated outlet orifice that leads into the internal volume of the envelope, the outlet orifice being closed off by a removable stopper, characterized in that the reservoir of pressurized oxygen comprises two independent storage compartments, a first compartment of which communicates with the outlet orifice and a second compartment of which is isolated from the outlet orifice via a sealed partition provided with a member for opening the partition, the opening member being switchable between a first configuration which prevents fluidic communication between the second compartment and the outlet orifice and a second configuration that allows fluidic communication between the second compartment and the outlet orifice, the opening member being sensitive to the pressure difference between the second compartment and the first compartment and being configured to automatically switch from the first to the second configuration when the pressure difference between the second compartment and the first compartment is less than a given threshold.

Respiratory protection hood comprising a flexible envelope and a reservoir of pressurized oxygen comprising an outlet orifice that leads into the internal volume of the envelope, the outlet orifice being closed off by a removable stopper, characterized in that the reservoir of oxygen comprises, upstream of the orifice, a passage for the pressurized gas and a needle that is able to move in a given direction of displacement in said passage, the needle being subjected to two opposite forces in the direction of displacement, said forces being respectively generated on the one hand by the pressure of the gas in the reservoir and the other hand by a return member, the needle having a section with a defined profile that is variable in the direction of displacement in order to modify the degree of closure of the passage depending on the position of said needle relative to the passage so as to regulate the flow rate of gas allowed to escape via the passage towards the orifice as a function of time and the pressure of gas in the reservoir.

Respiratory protection equipment

A set of outlets including a sheet and a base adapted for electrical work to each other in a detachable manner, the sheet including at least two electric tracks in a concentric ring configured to respectively cooperate with electrical contacts of an electrical socket. A magnetic mechanism generates a first control force for positioning and holding the sheet on the base. The base includes at least two movable electric contacts movable between a first position inside the base and a second position outside the base to be respectively in direct electrical contact with the electrical tracks, the first force control to move the electrical contacts between the first and the second positions.
