Methods and systems for detecting and responding to impaired drivers are disclosed. The methods intelligently alert and route a user driver's vehicle to improve driving safety based on a predicted path of an impaired driver. The method shares data collected by vehicles in an area to determine which that a vehicle has an impaired driver. The method associates cones of certainty with such a vehicle to establish where the vehicle is likely to travel in the future. If the system determines there is a likelihood of accident based on a proximity to these cones of certainty, an alert can be presented to a user driver of a proximate vehicle. The method also generates routes that avoid or limit the user driver's exposure to the impaired driver's vehicle, such as by suggesting detours or automatically controlling the user driver's vehicle to avoid the path of the impaired driver.

Impaired driver warning and avoidance system

A system and method for modifying one or more vehicle control systems in a target vehicle prior to a collision with an approaching vehicle are disclosed. The system and method include detecting that a collision is imminent and controlling one or more vehicle control systems automatically to change the impact duration and/or location, depending on the type of collision detected.

System and method for pre-collision adjustments in vehicles

A system and method provide a two-way pager system. Members use pager systems to communicate in situations where they lack power or access to other modes of communication. For example, the pagers have a switching system that allows users to broadcast information about their current situation in an emergency. For example, the system could use switches that could be set to three different settings. Separate switches could be used for different categories of resources required in an emergency, and the switches could take on settings that represent resource requirements and availability. A centralized system listens for pages from users' pagers that transmit the switch settings for the categories. The centralized system then determines which users lack certain resources, which users have sufficient resources, and which users need certain resources. The system then transmits information through the pager network to inform users where to find resources that they are lacking.

Two way pager system

A system and method for using wearable device data and data gathered from a vehicle's onboard sensors to provide a more accurate and/or robust set of information about an accident. In one embodiment, a smartwatch is connected to the CAN bus of a vehicle so that data can be transmitted between the watch and onboard sensors. In one embodiment, onboard vehicle sensors may detect a sudden deceleration indicating that an accident may have occurred. At the same time, data from an occupant of the vehicle can be used to confirm if the occupant experienced a sudden deceleration at the same time, indicating that a crash has occurred.

System and method for vehicle collision analysis

A warming device is disclosed. The warming device includes an interior void that is sized to accommodate an exterior plumbing fixture, like an outside faucet. The warming device includes a heating member that is automatically activated in response to a change in temperature. When activated, the heating member generates heat to help protect the exterior plumbing fixture from the elements.

Thermally activated warmer

A power supplying device that can be used during emergencies is disclosed. The device comprises multiple adjustable battery compartments that can be connected, via switches, to deliver power to an external device connected to at least one power delivery port of the power supplying device. Each adjustable battery compartment includes a fixed lead and a sliding lead so that the multiple different battery sizes can be inserted into the compartment and connected to the device. The device includes an intelligent power management system that can automatically detect power requirements for the external device as well as the maximum available voltage from any batteries inserted into the adjustable battery compartments. Using this information the intelligent power management system can open switches to provide the required voltage from a selected subset of batteries in the device, while leaving the remaining batteries disconnected.

Emergency power supplying device

A package in which an onboard computing system and a plurality of sensor devices are embedded. The package includes a plurality of cameras that are positioned against sidewalls of the package in order to capture image data of the external environment. When the computing system determines the package has arrived at a predesignated set of coordinates corresponding to a target property for which an appraisal is to be performed, the cameras are activated and begin collecting image data. The image data is transmitted to a remote server which will store the image data for review by insurance personnel.

Methods and systems described herein are directed to evaluating an individual's ecological impact to promote reductions for that impact. An ecological impact evaluator can automatically retrieve behavioral data of a user that the evaluator can assess for guiding the user with respect to one or more of product purchasing, water usage, recycling and composting procedures, and driving practices. In view of data collected, the evaluator can provide various recognitions for behavior that incentivize the user toward maintaining or improving current behaviors.

Methods and systems described herein are directed to creating customized queries on data sets via selection of search elements based on meta-data from data set registrations. In some implementations, an automatic query system can register database elements with associated meta-data by receiving programming data objects, corresponding to database elements, with meta-data and adding the programming objects as selectable values for a user interface (UI). Each data object can define one or more elements for a table and/or column(s) within a table in a database. The automatic query system can provide the UI to a user to receive table and column selections. The automatic query system can select a root table to join the selected tables into, and generate a join query for the root table by inserting search string snippets, corresponding to selected tables and columns, into a query template.

A central management system includes one or more processors configured to receive mapping data associated with a target property, identify, via machine learning, a geographic characteristic of interest specific to the target property, determine a modification of the geographic characteristic based on the mapping data, identify an impact of the modification to the target property, and provide an indication of the impact via a graphical user interface.

A method may include scraping published internet data from one or more data sources based on or more environmental parameters, one or more social parameters, or one or more governance parameters. The method may also include receiving user data from an account database, a user device, or both; identifying correlations between the user data and the published internet data; wherein the correlations are associated with environmental parameters, social parameters, or governance parameters. The method may also include generating a dynamic interest report based on the correlations, wherein the dynamic interest report comprises recommendations of one or more events, one or more content items, or both associated with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance. The method may then involve sending the dynamic interest report to the user device.

Systems and methods for generating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) interest reports and event models

Methods and systems described herein are directed to alternatively sourcing and distributing power in the event of an expected deficiency in conventional power delivery. A power distribution system can define a cell of interlinked entities of power consumers and power producers, such as by identifying which of the entities are anticipated to experience the expected power deficiency, an amount of power allocated to one or more of the entities, and an ability of an entity to produce power. The system can control power distribution throughout the cell according to a power supply transmission schedule for the expected deficiency, where power can be sourced from one or more of a solar energy system, a wind turbine energy system, and a gasoline operated generator energy system, and disbursed to power consumers on a rotating basis.

An interface modification system includes one or more processors configured to provide, to one or more client devices, a graphical representation of a web application. The graphical representation has a first layer including one or more components of the web application and a second layer configured for secondary interactions with the one or more components. The one or more processors are configured to receive, via the second layer and from the one or more client devices, feedback associated with the one or more components. Additionally, the one or more processors are configured to generate an incident record including the feedback and store the incident record in an incident database.

An external battery connection device or harness can also be used with the power supplying device. The external battery connection device can be used to connect various different kinds of batteries with the power supplying device, such as cordless power tool batteries, cordless appliance batteries, and batteries for radio controlled (RC) devices.
