An injectate delivery device for expanding tissue is provided. The injectate delivery device comprises: at least one fluid delivery tube comprising a proximal end, a distal end and a lumen therebetween; at least one fluid delivery element in fluid communication with the at least one fluid delivery tube lumen; a radially expanding element comprising the at least one fluid delivery element; a supply of vacuum constructed and arranged to cause tissue to tend toward the at least one fluid delivery element; and at least one control constructed and arranged to perform a function. The at least one control can be constructed and arranged to expand the radially expandable element and activate the supply of vacuum. Systems and method of injectate delivery are also provided.

Provided are systems for performing a medical procedure in the intestine of a patient. The system comprises an elongate device and a console. The elongate device comprises a proximal portion, a middle portion, and a distal portion. The elongate device further comprises a functional assembly positioned on the distal portion, the functional assembly being configured to treat and/or diagnose target tissue. The console comprises a human interface device and a controller. The console is configured to robotically manipulate one or more portions of the elongate device, and/or the functional assembly.

An imaging system for a patient comprises an imaging probe. The imaging probe comprises: an elongate shaft for insertion into the patient and comprising a proximal end, a distal portion, and a lumen extending between the proximal end and the distal portion; a rotatable optical core comprising a proximal end and a distal end, and at least a portion of the rotatable optical core is positioned within the lumen of the elongate shaft; an optical assembly positioned proximate the distal end of the rotatable optical core, the optical assembly configured to direct light to tissue and collect reflected light from the tissue; a damping fluid positioned between the elongate shaft and the rotatable optical core and configured to reduce non-uniform rotation of the optical assembly; and a fluid pressurization element configured to increase the pressure of the damping fluid to reduce the presence of bubbles proximate the optical assembly.

An increased level of trust in the authentication of the user is achieved by the authentication server when the captured movements match expected movements of the user performing the interactive task and the authentication server has proof that the witness client devices witnessed a successful authentication.

Systems and methods for OCT-guided treatment of a patient

Provided herein are systems and methods for calculating patient information. The method includes determining a transfer matrix, recording electric potentials via a first set of recording electrodes located at a first set of recording locations to create a first set of recorded signals, and calculating patient information for a set of target locations by applying the transfer matrix to the first set of recorded signals. The transfer matrix is a characterization of electrical properties of tissue between the first set of recording locations and the set of target locations.

The system can also change back and forth between the different display modes, and with post processing tools, can change how various types of information is displayed. Methods are also provided.
