A graphene heating chip includes a substrate, an insulating layer, a graphene film, and a plurality of electrodes. The substrate has two opposite a first surface and a second surface, and the substrate defines a through hole. The insulating layer is suspended on the substrate. The insulating layer covering the through hole and not in direct contact with the first surface is defined as a window, and a plurality of grooves are formed on the window. The graphene film covers the window, and the graphene film includes a first graphene film portion and a second graphene film portion, and the first graphene film portion and the second graphene film portion are spaced apart from each other. The plurality of electrodes are located on the surface of the insulating layer away from the substrate. The present application also provides a method for calibrating a temperature of the graphene heating chip.

Method for calibrating a temperature of a graphene heating chip

The present invention relates to a Fourier transform spectrometer applicable in an array of coherent light sources, comprising: a light source, a light transmission device, a control circuit, a detector, an amplifying circuit, and a computer. The control circuit is electrically connected to the light transmission device for control the on-off of light in the light transmission device. The amplifying circuit is connected with the detector for recording and amplifying the photoelectric signal obtained by the detector. The computer is connected with the amplifying circuit. The computer is equipped with a spectral analysis software is used to perform Fourier transform. The Fourier transform spectrometer based on the coherent light source array further includes a coherent light source array. The light transmission device is used to transmit the light emitted by the light source to the coherent light source array.

A method for making a graphene nanoribbon composite structure includes providing a substrate including a plurality of protrusions spaced apart from each other. A graphene film is grown on a growth substrate, an adhesive layer is on a surface of the graphene film away from the growth substrate. After removing the growth substrate, the graphene film and the adhesive layer are cleaned with water or an organic solvent. The graphene film, the adhesive layer, and the substrate are combined and then are dried, so that a plurality of wrinkles are formed near the plurality of protrusions. The adhesive layer is removed, and after etching a surface of the graphene film away from the substrate, the graphene films except for the plurality of wrinkles are removed, to form a plurality of graphene nanoribbons.

Graphene nanoribbon composite structure and method for making the same

A method for making a field effect transistor includes providing a graphene nanoribbon composite structure. The graphene nanoribbon composite structure includes a substrate and a plurality of graphene nanoribbons spaced apart from each other. The substrate includes a plurality of protrusions spaced apart from each other, and one of the plurality of graphene nanoribbons is on the substrate and between two adjacent protrusions. An interdigital electrode is placed on the graphene nanoribbon composite structure, and the interdigital electrode covers the plurality of protrusions and is electrically connected to the plurality of graphene nanoribbons.

The method includes: providing a carbon nanotube layer on a substrate; depositing a chrome layer on the carbon nanotube layer, wherein the chrome layer includes a first patterned chrome layer and a second patterned chrome layer, the first patterned chrome layer is located on the carbon nanotube layer, and the second patterned chrome layer is deposited on the substrate corresponding to holes of the carbon nanotube layer; transferring the carbon nanotube layer with the first patterned chrome layer thereon from the substrate to a base, and the carbon nanotube layer being in contact with the base; and depositing a cover layer on the first patterned chrome layer.

A hydrophobic film is provided. The hydrophobic film includes a flexible substrate; a hydrophobic layer located on the flexible substrate, a heating layer, a first electrode and a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode. The hydrophobic layer comprises a base and a patterned bulge layer on a surface of the base away from the flexible substrate. The heating layer is on a surface of the flexible substrate away from the hydrophobic layer. The first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected to and in direct contact with the heating layer.

The second drawn carbon nanotube film includes a plurality of second carbon nanotubes substantially extending along a second direction. The third drawn carbon nanotube film includes a plurality of third carbon nanotubes substantially extending along a third direction. The first direction and the second direction form an angle of about 42 degrees to about 48 degrees, and the first direction and the third direction form an angle of about 84 degrees to about 96 degrees.

An electrically modulated light source is provided. The electrically modulated light source comprises a carbon nanotube film structure. The electrically modulated light source heats up to a highest temperature and emits thermal radiation in less than 10 milliseconds after a voltage is applied, and the electrically modulated light source cools down to an initial temperature of the electrically modulated light source in less than 10 milliseconds after the voltage is removed. An modulation frequency of the electrically modulated light source is greater than or equal to 150 KHz. A non-dispersive infrared spectrum detection system used the electrically modulated light source, and a method for detecting gas used the electrically modulated light source are also provided.

A nanofiber actuator comprises a composite structure and a vanadium dioxide layer. The composite structure comprises a carbon nanotube wire and an aluminum oxide layer. The aluminum oxide layer is coated on a surface of the carbon nanotube wire, and the aluminum oxide layer and the carbon nanotube wire are located coaxially with each other. The vanadium dioxide layer is coated on a surface of the composite structure, and the vanadium dioxide layer and the composite structure are located non-coaxially with each other.

A solar heat collector includes a container, a transparent cover plate located on the container, a thermal insulation material located inside of the container to form an insulation space, and a heat absorption plate located in the insulation space. The heat absorption plate includes a base and a coating located on the base, and the coating includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes entangled with each other to form a network structure and a plurality of carbon particles in the network structure.
