A notification method is performed by at least a first device of a plurality of devices forming nodes of a network. The first device is suitable for sending and/or receiving at least one data message via a first communication link to and/or from at least one second device of the plurality. The notification method is adapted to the first device transmitting at least one notification message signaling at least one predetermined operation relating to at least one instance of the data message and performed by a functional entity of the first device, the notification message including an identifier of the first device, an identifier of the functional entity, an identifier of the operation, and an identifier common to all of the instances of the data message within the first device. Also provided are a method and device for modeling the network from the notification messages.

Notification method relative to at least one operation implemented by a device forming a node of a network

A management method implemented by a transmission device capable of communicating via a radio link with a piece of gateway equipment of a telecommunications network and configured for communicating with a network server of the network. The method includes: receiving a management request of a terminal capable of communicating via the radio link with a piece of gateway equipment of the network and having established a communication session with the network server, at least one session key being shared between the terminal and the network server, the management request containing an identifier of the terminal and the session key; intercepting, following reception of the management request, at least one message sent by the terminal; and transmitting, in response to the message, at least one response message encrypted with the session key received. A transmission device implementing the method is also provided.

Management of communication between a terminal and a network server

A management method is described, the method implemented by a transmission device capable of communicating via a first wireless with a gateway device forming a node of a telecommunication network and configured to communicate with at least one server of the network via the gateway device. The method can include establishing a secure communication session with a terminal included in a list of terminals for which the transmission device has obtained management data. The method can also include receiving via the first communication link a request to end the management of the terminal, and removing the terminal from the list following the receipt of the request. A transmission device which can be used to implement the management method is also described.

Management of communication between a terminal and a server of a network

A transmission device suitable for communicating via a radio link with a gateway equipment of a telecommunications network and configured to communicate with a management server. The device is able to obtain authentication data associated with a terminal configured such that it connects with an application server to: set up a communication session with the terminal; to transmit session set-up data to the management server in order to register the terminal in a list of connected terminals; and to receive and retransmit a data message transmitted by the terminal or by the application server. Data transmission between a terminal and an associated server

The invention relates to a method for accessing data related to at least one operation implemented by at least one node device (N) of a network (R) from a plurality of node devices (N, N, N) of said network, which are capable of communicating via a first communication link (L). According to the invention, the access method is suitable for receiving a message through which a node device signals, to an observation device, an operation implemented by said node device; for recording at least one piece of information on said operation; and, upon receiving a request from a terminal via a second communication link, for transmitting a response developed from at least part of the recorded information. The invention also relates to a data-transmission method. The invention further relates to an observation device (DT) and to a node device (N) of a network which implement the access method and the transmission method, respectively.

Method for accessing data related to at least one operation implented by a node device of a network

A signal generation method for generating a signal that is to be transmitted in a network of connected objects. The method includes: an obtaining step for obtaining a first signal conveying a stream of data acquired by a connected object of the network; a reception step for receiving a synchronization second signal including information providing a timestamp for the first signal; and a generation step for generating a third signal by using a reversible operation to combine the first signal and the synchronization second signal.

Method and device for generating a signal in a network of connected objects

A data communication method implemented by a sensor node of a telecommunications network including a plurality of sensor nodes and a concentrator node, which share a communication channel. The method includes: selecting a time interval in a contention window including a plurality of time intervals and preceding a transmission period including a plurality of transmission intervals; emitting a request signal during the selected time interval to the concentrator node; receiving a response signal carrying encoded information representing an ordered combination of the intervals marked during which the signals were received by the concentrator node; determining a transmission rank according to a number of intervals marked by the concentrator node; and deciding to emit data to the concentrator node in the transmission period when the transmission rank is lower than or equal to the number of intervals of the transmission period.

Communications method, a communications management method, and associated devices and nodes

A method for a node to transmit data in a telecommunications network is disclosed. In one method aspect, it comprises, selecting a time slot j in a window having a plurality of time slots and preceding a transmission period, listening to time slots preceding the time slot j, wherein the transmission period presents a plurality of transmission channels. Furthermore, the method comprises counting a number of time-slot transmissions during the time slots preceding the time slot j wherein when the number of time-slot transmissions is greater than a threshold, the data transmission is postponed or cancelled. Furthermore, when the number of time-slot transmissions is less than or equal to the threshold, a transmission is made during the time slot j, and one of the transmission channels is determined as a function of the number of time-slot transmissions.
