The present invention discloses a double color micro LED display panel including a plurality of pixels. Each of the pixels includes a substrate, a first semiconductor layer configured on the substrate, a second semiconductor layer configured on the first semiconductor layer, and a third semiconductor layer configured between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. The first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer are P type, and the third semiconductor layer is N type. The first semiconductor layer and the third semiconductor layer form a first light emitting diode to emit a first light, and the second semiconductor layer and the third semiconductor layer form a second light emitting diode to emit a second light.

Double color micro LED display panel

The present invention discloses an optical system including a light combination unit, a first LED panel and a second LED panel. The first LED panel is located at one side of the light combination unit and configured to emit a first light. The second LED panel is located at another side of the light combination unit and configured to emit a second light. The first LED panel is a monochrome LED panel, and the second LED panel is a double color LED panel. The first LED panel and the second LED panel respectively emit the first light and the second light into the light combination unit, and the light combination unit combines and collimates the first light and the second light along one direction.

Optical system

The present invention discloses a double color micro LED display panel including a plurality of pixels and a plurality of barrier components. Each of the pixels includes a substrate, a first bonding layer configured on the substrate, a first light emitting layer configured on the first bonding layer and emitting a first light, a second bonding layer configured on the first light emitting layer and a second light emitting layer configured on the second bonding layer and emitting a second light. The wavelength of the second light is different from that of the first light. The barrier components respectively located between the pixels for blocking a light emitted from one of the pixels to the other of the pixels. Wherein, the material of the second bonding layer is a non-metallic material.
