The present disclosure provides a back plate for use in a display apparatus, wherein the back plate includes: a bottom wall; a through hole in the bottom wall, wherein the through hole is provided with a hole wall protruding towards a side of the bottom wall, and the hole wall and the bottom wall are connected together and have a one-piece structure, wherein materials of the bottom wall and the hole wall each include an aluminum alloy material. The display module includes a back plate and a mold frame, the back plate includes a base plate, the base plate includes an edge region, the mold frame is disposed on the edge region, the edge region is provided with a rough structure region, the rough structure region includes multiple rough structures, an orthographic projection of at least part of the rough structures on the base plate overlaps with an orthographic projection of the mold frame on the base plate, and a material of the mold frame fills at least part of space of the rough structures.

The display substrate includes: a base substrate; a thin film transistor including a source-drain metal layer and a first insulating layer; a second insulating layer; a color resist layer; and a third insulating layer. The third insulating layer comprises a first via hole that sequentially penetrates the third insulating layer, the color resist layer and the second insulating layer and thus extends from the third insulating layer to the source-drain metal layer. A sidewall of the first via hole comprises a first portion formed of a material of the second insulating layer, a second portion formed of a material of the color resist layer, and a third portion formed of a material of the third insulating layer, the second portion is between the first portion and the third portion.
