The present application is related to a geological carbon sequestration and hydrogen production structure and method based on the spontaneous reaction of water, CO, and active minerals, belonging to the field of carbon sequestration and hydrogen production technology. The method comprises the following steps: (1) COcollection; (2) selecting a site for carbon sequestration and hydrogen production; (3) constructing a space for carbon sequestration and hydrogen production; (4) COmineralization sequestration and simultaneous hydrogen production; (5) hydrogen collection. The method permanently mineralizes and sequesters COwhile using the water-CO-active minerals reaction for simultaneous geological hydrogen production. It not only reduces the economic cost of COgeological sequestration but also opens a new pathway for in-situ geological hydrogen production, achieving green and low-carbon hydrogen energy production. The geological carbon sequestration and hydrogen production structure is designed to have low sequestration costs and enable large-scale simultaneous geological hydrogen production.

A real-time measurement system for mechanical parameters of rock slag during excavation includes a rock slag conveyor belt configured to convey rock slag; cleaning device, located on both sides of the rock slag conveyor belt, configured to clean the rock slag; an image acquisition device, located behind the cleaning device and on both sides and above the rock slag conveyor belt, configured to collect images of rock slag; an on-site loading device, for conducting on-site mechanical loading procedure on the rock slag to obtain on-site mechanical parameters. The on-site loading device includes a loading bottom plate, a push plate and a pressure head. The loading bottom plate is provided with a loading area. The push plate is located on the loading bottom plate and pushed by a pushing mechanism to push the rock slag.

Real-time measurement system and measurement method for mechanical parameters of rock slag during excavation

The present application discloses a grouting consolidation sample containing internal defects and the preparation method thereof. Firstly, plasticine is employed to prepare a wax model with the desired defect shape, then a fixing device is used to fix the wax model onto a specific position in a casting mould of consolidation and thereafter a slurry is poured to form a grouting consolidation sample, after the grouting consolidation sample reaches the predetermined strength, the grouting consolidation sample containing the wax model is put into an oven to heat at a temperature above the melting point of wax to demolish the structure of the wax model to form a grouting consolidation sample with internal defects.

A lidar-based convergence deformation monitoring system for surrounding rock around a TBM shield region, including a data acquisition module. The data acquisition module includes: a lidar, a push-rod motor, an H-bridge circuit, a power supply module, an ARM chip, a guide rod, a linear bearing, a tempered glass cover and a protective case. The lidar and the push-rod motor are connected to a lidar connector to acquire raw data of the surrounding rock and store the raw data in the ARM chip. A middle portion of a top plate of the protective case allows the lidar to extend out of the protective case. The protective case is fastened to an inner wall of the TBM shield through two mounting brackets on both sides of the protective case, and the inner wall facilitates the lidar to extend out of the protective case to perform a measurement.

Lidar-based convergence deformation monitoring system for surrounding rock around TBM shield region

Provided is a method and an apparatus for real-time monitoring interaction between surrounding rocks and the TBM in a TBM tunneling process. Interaction between target objects is monitored by one or more sensors to obtain test data. A first electronic device connects a collecting module with the one or more sensors through a communication serial interface of the one or more sensors. A connection state between the one or more sensors and the collecting module is judged. The connection abnormality information is recorded or the collection parameters according to the connection state are set. The first electronic device judges the collection state by monitoring the collection, and records collection abnormality information or performs one-time collection of data according to the collection state. The first electronic device stores the data in a first storage folder. A second electronic device analyzes the data, and transmits the data to a monitoring device.
