The magnetism modulating ring structure includes a plurality of modulating units and a plurality of connection parts. Each two adjacent modulating units are connected by one of the plurality of connection parts to form the magnetism modulating ring structure, and the magnetism modulating ring structure is arranged within an annular gap enclosed by a first rotor structure and a second rotor structure. A groove structure is formed on one side of the modulating unit facing the first rotor structure, and two sides of the groove structure respectively form a curved boot-like part, and an edge of the curved boot-like part facing the second rotor structure has a curved contour line parallel to flux lines passing through an inside of the curved boot-like part.

Rotor assembly and alternating-pole motor

A consequent-pole motor comprises a rotor and a stator sleeved outside the rotor. The rotor comprises a plurality of permanent magnetic poles evenly spaced along a circumferential direction of the rotor. A plurality of stator teeth is disposed on an inner periphery of the stator along a circumferential direction of the inner periphery. A permanent magnetic pole of the rotor comprises a first permanent magnet mounting groove and a second permanent magnet mounting groove disposed sequentially from outside to inside along a radial direction of the rotor. A first layer permanent magnet is disposed in the first permanent magnet mounting groove, and a second layer permanent magnet is disposed in the second permanent magnet mounting groove. According to the motor, permanent magnets distributed in multiple layers are used, so that the magnetic resistance torque of the motor can be improved, which may increase reluctance torque, thereby increasing electromagnetic torque.

Consequent-pole motor with rotor having two layer permanent magnets

The present disclosure relates to a rotor assembly and a consequent-pole motor, and the rotor assembly includes an iron core and a plurality of permanent magnets. The iron core is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves for accommodating permanent magnets distributed along a circumferential direction of the iron core. One side of each of the mounting grooves adjacent to an end of an outer edge of the iron core is provided with a second air slot which is located in a consequent-pole region. The second air slot is communicated with the mounting groove. The second air slot can, on one hand, prevent magnetic lines emitted from the permanent magnet from short-circuiting through an end of the permanent magnet, so as to decrease the magnetic flux leakage, and on the other hand, adjust an orientation of the magnetic lines in the consequent-pole region, so as to weaken torque fluctuation.

Disclosed is a motor rotor structure including a rotor core. A plurality of radial slots each are in the rotor core along a circumferential direction, and a first flux barrier slot is provided between every two adjacent radial slots. Two kinds of permanent magnets having different coercivities mounted in each radial slot. The two kinds of permanent magnets having different coercivities are distributed along a radial direction of the rotor core. The two kinds of permanent magnets having different coercivities are both magnetized along a tangential direction of the rotor core. A second flux barrier slot is provided between the two kinds of permanent magnets having different coercivities.
