Disclosed are antibodies to anti-hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) (especially humanized antibodies), nucleic acid molecules encoding same, methods for preparing same, and pharmaceutical compositions containing same. The antibodies have higher affinity for HBsAg at neutral pH than at acidic pH, thereby significantly enhancing the virus clearance efficiency and prolonging the virus inhibition time. The antibodies and the pharmaceutical compositions can be used for preventing and/or treating HBV infections or diseases related to HBV infections (e.g., hepatitis B), for neutralizing the virulence of HBV in a subject (e.g., a human), for reducing the serum level of HBV DNA and/or HBsAg in the body of the subject, or for activating the humoral immune response of the subject (e.g., a chronic HBV infected or chronic hepatitis B patient) against HBV.

Anti-hepatitis B virus antibody and uses thereof

A pseudorabies virus (PRV) or a modified form thereof, or a genome sequence or a cDNA sequence containing the PRV or the modified form thereof, or nucleic acid molecules of a complementary sequence of the cDNA sequence, for treating tumors of subjects and/or reducing or inhibiting tumor recurrence, and for preparation of a pharmaceutical composition used for treating the tumors of the subjects and/or reducing or inhibiting the tumor recurrence. In particular, the present invention provides a recombinant herpes simplex virus (HSV) capable of specifically replicating at a high level in a tumor cell and effectively killing the tumor cell, but replicating at low levels in normal cells, thereby the recombinant herpes simplex virus of the present invention not only has high lethality against tumor cells, but also has significantly decreased side effects (especially neurotoxicity). Further, the present invention relates to a viral vector constructed based on the recombinant herpes simplex virus, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the recombinant herpes simplex virus or the viral vector, and the use of the recombinant herpes simplex virus or the viral vector. The recombinant herpes simplex virus of the present invention can be used to infect and kill tumor cells, and can be used for gene drug delivery into tumor cells for gene therapy.

The present invention relates to a method for quantitative detection of anti-HBc and its use in monitoring disease progression of chronic hepatitis B patients and predicting therapeutic effects. By quantitative detection of antibodies against hepatitis B core protein (Anti-HBc), it is able to monitor disease progression of chronic hepatitis B patients, effectively predict therapeutic effects in chronic hepatitis B patients who accept a therapy against hepatitis B virus (especially, a therapy based on interferon and a therapy based on nucleoside/nucleotide analog anti-HBV drug), and thus guide the patients to reasonably choose drugs.
