A stacked circulatable microbial electrochemical reactor and a degradation method of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil are provided, which belong to the field of microbial electrochemical soil remediation. The stacked circulatable microbial electrochemical reactor of the present disclosure expands influence range of anodes by a stacked microbial electrochemical system, accelerates the movement of the petroleum hydrocarbon molecules in the contaminated soil by a water circulation system, and improves the mass transfer capacity of soil, thereby increasing the degradation efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbon in the contaminated soil with microbial electrochemical technology from different aspects. The degradation method of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil is provided. The degradation method of the present disclosure is simple in operation and has a high degradation efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbon in contaminated soil.

Stacked circulatable microbial electrochemical reactor and degradation method of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil

It is provided a monitoring reactor and a method for using the same, belonging to microbiologic electrochemical early-warning technology. The monitoring reactor enriches microorganisms therein before use, and consumes the organic matter. When the organic matter in the monitoring reactor is consumed completely, i.e. the microorganisms are in a starved state, the monitoring reactor is placed in a system to be monitored for monitoring, thereby avoiding the interference of the organic matter in the soil in the monitoring reactor to the electrical signal and improving the monitoring accuracy. Furthermore, since the electrical signal in the monitoring reactor is conducted through the electricigens, the process of generating electricity of the electricigens is a process of growth and propagation of microorganism. This process is less affected by the monitored environment. Therefore, the signal output process is stable, without swell and sag of the electrical signal.

Monitoring reactor and method for using the same

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of microbial electrochemical technology, in particular to a graphene-magnetite conductive skeleton electrode, a preparation method and application thereof, and a method for treating petrochemical wastewater. In the present disclosure, the surface roughness of the graphite rod electrode can be increased by the conductive skeleton modified on the surface of the graphite rod electrode, which is beneficial to the enrichment of microorganisms. The increase in the load of microorganisms will mean the amount of electroactive microorganisms will also increase, which will further improve the electron transfer ability, and because the material of the modified layer is a conductive material, it is also more conducive to the transfer of electrons; at the same time, the conductive skeleton modified on the surface of graphite rod electrode can also further enhance the transmission distance of electrons because of the skeleton constructed.

Graphene-magnetite conductive skeleton electrode, preparation method and application thereof, and method for treating petrochemical wastewater

A plant-microorganism combined method for phhytoremediation of organic contaminated soil; i.e., an ornamental plant (L.)&#x2014;microorganisms (petroleum hydrocarbon degrading mixed microbes) combined method for enhanced phytoremediation of petroleum contaminated soil is disclosed. The inoculated petroleum degrading mixed microbes can not only degrade contaminants in soil directly but also secretes chemical substances which are helpful to relieve the toxic effects on theL. In return, theL. releases photosynthesis products into the soil, so as to enhance microbial activity and quantity, and assist the microorganisms in degrading target contaminates more effectively and efficiently. Repeating the processes mentioned above is able to continuously reduce petroleum hydrocarbon contaminants in the soil until the residual content of contaminants meets the environmental safety standard.
