A method for controlling a portable energy storage system (PESS) includes: creating a decision optimization model for the PESS, which includes an objective function for maximizing available compensation of the PESS in the region to be applied; solving the decision optimization model to obtain a feasible solution that meets the objective function; and determining at least one of an energy charging and discharging decision, a travel decision, and an energy storage unit loading decision of the PESS in a region to be applied based on the feasible solution, and controlling operations of the PESS in the region to be applied based on at least one of the determined energy charging and discharging decision, the determined travel decision and the determined energy storage unit loading decision.

Method and device for controlling portable energy storage system

The present disclosure provides a method and a device for detecting electricity theft, and a computer readable medium, smart meter data of each user and aggregated electricity consumption data are obtained during the detection period in the target area, a load profile set and non-technical loss data are obtained, and a correlation between each load profile in the load profile set and the non-technical loss data is obtained through a maximum information coefficient method and based on the smart meter data and the aggregated electricity consumption data, so as to obtain a correlation indicator for measuring the correlation.

The present disclosure provides a system for measuring carbon emissions in a power system. The system includes: generation carbon meters, distributed respectively in generators in the power system; network carbon meters, distributed respectively in nodes in the power system; consumption carbon meters, distributed respectively in consumers in the power system; and a center server, in which each carbon meter is configured to collect data for measuring the carbon emissions. The center server is configured to acquire the collected data and to measure the carbon emissions according to the acquired data, and to send measuring results to the corresponding carbon meter. Then each carbon meter is further configured to display according to the measuring results. The carbon emission may be measured in real time.

The method includes: obtaining ancillary service bidding data; establishing a power system optimal control model according to the ancillary service bidding data; solving the power system optimal control model to obtain optimal frequency regulation capacities and optimal spinning reserve capacities; sending the optimal frequency regulation capacities and the optimal spinning reserve capacities to generators such that the generators adjust their active powers to provide ancillary services for the power system.
