Measuring system and operating method thereof

A torsion-adjustable impact wrench, includes a housing, a powering unit including an impact mechanism configured to generate an intermittently increasing torque, an adjusting unit configured to manually set a first torsion value and generate a corresponding a first torsion signal, a detecting unit configured to detect a rotational speed of the powering unit and generate a corresponding first rotational speed signal, and a control unit configured to generate a control signal for controlling the output of the rotational speed of the powering unit. The control unit generates a second rotational speed signal according to the first torsion signal outputted by the adjusting unit, compares the first rotational speed signal with the second rotational speed signal, and generates a control signal enabling the rotational speed of the powering unit to approach the second rotational speed.

Torsion-adjustable impact wrench

An electrical wrench includes a housing, a power member, a reversing mechanism, a support transmission assembly, an opening gear, a main control assembly and a restoring assembly. The housing includes having two projections, for example shaped as claws, arranged oppositely to cooperatively define an entrance. The power member, the reversing mechanism, the support transmission assembly and the opening gear are cooperatively coupled to one another and accommodated in the housing. The opening gear includes an outer teeth portion, an opening and a driving portion in communication with the opening, a tubular member for engaging with a fastener positioned in cooperation with the opening gear through the entrance. The restoring assembly includes an identifying portion, a sensor for sensing the position of the identifying portion, a control circuit board, a restoring switch and a restoring switch operator.

Electrical wrench

An electrical wrench includes a motor, a transmission mechanism, a ratchet assembly and a controlling member coupled to each other. The transmission mechanism is configured to provide idle travels. The ratchet assembly receives the rotating torque output by the transmission mechanism and drives the ratchet therein in a single direction. The controlling member is connected with the motor and controls the motor to rotate in the opposite direction when detecting the motor is stalled. The electrical wrench thus provides impacting action by electrical control and simplifies the mechanical structure of the tool, which not only reduces the manufacturing cost, but also prolongs the working life of the tool.
