A method for preparing a profiled microchannel plate heat exchanger, and belongs to the technical field of heat exchange. The method based on a combination of a plurality of methods formed by selective laser melting and micro electrical discharge machining can realize a profiled microchannel plate heat exchanger having large aspect ratio flow channels and closed profile section flow channels.

The present invention discloses a multi-header pipe distributing annular printed circuit heat exchanger, and pertains to the technical field of heat exchangers, the heat exchanger includes: a front head configured to achieve same side entry and exit of a cold fluid; a core body with one end thereof connected with the front head and configured to achieve distributing of cold fluid entry and exit; a hot fluid inlet cavity provided in a middle portion of the core body and configured to achieve entry of a hot fluid; a shell sheathed outside the core body, and the shell and the core body provided with a gap for collecting the hot fluid; and a lower cover plate connected with one end of the core body and configured to block the hot fluid inlet cavity. The present invention can improve compactness and power density of the heat exchanger, reduce volume and weight.

The present invention relates to the field of printed circuit heat exchangers, and in particular, to a modular square-circular composite channel printed circuit heat exchanger. The modular square-circular composite channel printed circuit heat exchanger comprises a shell, wherein the shell is divided into an inlet diverter section, a first parallel heat exchange section, a core heat exchange section, a second parallel heat exchange section, and an outlet combiner section from left to right, a plurality of square fin channels and circular micro-channels are uniformly arranged in the shell along a length direction of the shell. According to the present invention, a ratio of an average thermal resistance of a hot side to an average thermal resistance of a cold side is close to 1, which ensures the heat exchange efficiency while taking into the account structure safety and prevents the local over-temperature.

Heat storage unit

A heat exchanger, comprising at least a double shell, wherein the lower portion of the inner space of the inner shell is filled with liquid phase change medium, and at least one coiler is provided in the upper portion. The heated fluid flows in the coiler. After the downstream side pipe of the coiler is pierced through the inner shell, at least one surrounding pipe is formed in the cavity between the double shells. The bottom heat exchange plate of heat exchanger of the inner shell is located above the heat source. The cavity between the two shells forms the flue gas passage. After bottom heat exchange plate of the inner shell is heated by the heat source, the flue gas rises from the bottom of perimeter of the inner shell along the flue gas passage and the heat is transferred to the heated fluid in the surrounding pipe. The heat device using the heat exchanger according to the present invention can significantly improve the efficiency of heat utilization.

The present invention provides a single shell-pass shell-and-tube heat exchanger with helical baffles, where within a single pitch, the helical baffles are separated into inner and outer parts along the radial direction of the shell. In the central portion of the inner space of the shell, an inner non-continuous helical form is employed; in other portion outside the central portion, doughnut shaped helical baffles with continuous curved surfaces are arranged to form an outer continuous helical baffle, and the outer helical baffles are arranged to surround the inner helical baffles. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a multiple shell-pass shell-and-tube heat exchanger with helical baffles, in which complete continuous helical baffles are provided in shell-sides other than the inner shell-pass, while non-continuous helical baffles or other flow guide means are employed in the inner shell-pass. The present invention makes flow patterns of fluids on the shell side more desirable, leading to a reduced flow pressure drop, and mitigate fouling, thus the heat transfer rate is improved and the service life of the heat exchanger is increased. The present invention also provides two methods for manufacture of continuous helical baffles, which ensure the concentricity of the tube bundle holes on each continuous helical baffle so as to facilitate installation of heat exchange tube bundles.
