An LED lamp contains: a base, a casing, a support, multiple LED emitters, a cap, and a driver. The casing includes an accommodation chamber and an opening. The base includes at least one first conductive element. The support includes at least one second conductive element. Each of the at least one LED emitter includes: a first LED chip string having multiple first LED chips connected in series, a second LED chip string having multiple second LED chips connected in series, a substrate, a high-color-temperature phosphor layer, and a low-color-temperature phosphor layer. The driver is electrically connected with the at least one first conductive element and the at least one second conductive element. A total resistance value of the first LED chip string is different from a total resistance value of the second LED chip string.

LED lamp and LED emitter of the same

A light-emitting diode (LED) emitter and a LED lamp having the same are revealed. The LED emitter includes a first LED chip string, a second LED chip string, a substrate, two electrodes, a high-color-temperature phosphor layer and a low-color-temperature phosphor layer. The substrate where the first LED chip string and the second LED chip string are arranged is electrically connected to the two electrodes. The high-color-temperature phosphor layer and low-color-temperature phosphor layer cover the first LED chip string and the second LED chip string respectively. The total resistance value of the first LED chip string is different from the total resistance value of the second LED chip string.

A LED lamp filament, comprising: a long strip-shaped substrate, a plurality of light-emitting units arranged on a first surface of the substrate and distributed along the extending direction of the substrate, and a light-transmittable fluorescent glue layer covering the first surface and the plurality of light-emitting units. Compared to the luminescent materials in the prior art, the said luminescent materials have higher luminous efficiency and more stable performance and structure. The said methods have simple technique and low cost, therefore are appropriate to be used in industry.

Silicate luminescent materials and preparation methods thereof

A silicate luminescent material and the production method thereof are provided. The chemical formula of the silicate luminescent material is ReTbMgSiO, wherein Re is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Y, Gd, La, Lu and Sc, and 0.05&#x2266;&#x2266;x&#x2266;1. The silicate luminescent material has a short afterglow of 2.13 ms, and it can emit strong green light under the vacuum ultraviolet excitation. Additionally, the silicate luminescent material has stable physical and chemical properties. The production method for producing the silicate luminescent material is simple and cost-efficient.

Halo-borate luminescent materials and preparation methods thereof are provided. The said luminescent materials are represented by the following general formula: CaBOClF:xEu, with zM, wherein Mis selected from one of Ag, Au, Pt, Pd or Cu metal nano-particles; 0.001&#x2266;x&#x2266;0.1, 0&#x2266;y&#x2266;0.2, 0&#x3c;z&#x2266;0.01. The said luminescent materials have excellent chemical stability and high luminous intensity. The said preparation methods have simple technique, no pollution, manageable process conditions and low equipment requirement, and are beneficial to industry production.

Halo-borate luminescent materials and preparation methods thereof

Terbium doped phosphate-based green luminescent material and preparation method thereof are provided. The chemical formula of the material is MRETb(PO), wherein, M is alkaline-earth metals, RE is rare-earth elements, x is in a range of 0.001 to 1. The preparation method of the material includes the following steps; providing the compound used as the source of alkaline earth metal, the compound used as the source of phosphate, the compound used as the source of rare-earth, and the compound used as the source of Tbaccording to the molar ratio of the elements in MRETb(PO), wherein, the compound used as the source of phosphate is added at excess molar ratio in a range of 10% to 30%; mixing and grinding the compound to get mixture; sintering the mixture as pre-treatment, and then cooling the mixture to get a sintered matter; grinding; calcining in reducing atmosphere, and then cooling them.

Terbium doped phosphate-based green luminescent material and preparation method thereof

A green luminescent material of terbium doped gadolinium borate is provided. The luminescent material has a formula of MGdTb(BO), wherein, M is alkaline earth metal element and x is 0.005-0.5. The method for preparing the luminescent material comprises the following steps: selecting the source compounds of alkaline earth metal ion, boric acid radical ion (BO), Gdand Tbby the stoichiometric ratio, wherein, the stoichiometric ratio is the molar ratio of the corresponding element in the formula of MGdTb(BO), and the source compound of BOis over 10%-30% by the molar ratio; mixing; pre-treatment by sintering; cooling; grinding; calcination; and cooling to obtain the luminescent material.
