The present invention relates to a ring gear and a gear reduction device. The ring gear includes an annular body with a plurality of mounting portions, and a plurality of teeth arranged on an inner circumferential surface of the annular body. The annular body and the teeth are integrally formed from powder metal, and the mounting portions and the teeth are at least partly overlapped in an axial direction of the annular body. The mounting portions are integrally formed with the annular body and the teeth, which results in concentricity between the mounting portion and the teeth being improved and cost of the ring gear being reduced. Furthermore, the mounting portions are overlapped with the teeth, which reduces the axial size of the ring gear.

Ring gear and gear device

A mounting structure includes at least one first hole formed in a first component of the gear motor, at least one second hole formed in a second component of the gear motor, arranged coaxially with the first hole, and at least one expansion member extending into the first and second holes. The expansion member has an interference fit with one of the first and second holes, and has a transition fit with the other of the first and second holes. The present invention can effectively prevent falling off of the expansion member, and reduce the assembly difficulties of the gear motor as well as the degree of deformation of the expansion member during the assembly process.

The present invention provides a ring gear and a gear reduction device. The ring gear includes a one-piece annular body made from powder metallurgy material, and a first ring gear part and a second ring gear part formed on a surface of the annular body. The first ring gear part and the second ring gear part are arranged along an axial direction of the annular body. The ring gear has a density that is less than 92% of its theoretical density and in the range of 6.0 to 8.0 grams per cubic centimeter. The present invention further provides a mold for manufacturing the ring gear. The ring gear of the present invention includes two ring gears integrally formed at once, and the two ring gears have improved concentricity.

Ring gear, gear device and mold for manufacturing the ring gear

A driving device includes a motor and a gearbox. The gearbox includes a first sun gear, first planetary gears surrounding and engaged with the first sun gear, and a first internal gear ring surrounding and engaged with the first planetary gears. The first sun gear is coaxially fixed to a rotary shaft of the motor. Meshing planes of the first sun gear and the first planetary gears are slanted with respect to the rotary shaft. Each of the first planetary gears is subjected to an externally-exerted first force and exerts a transverse component of force toward the rotary shaft on the first sun gear. The motor structure of the driving device is simplified, which makes the driving device have a more compact structure, lighter weight and lower cost.

Driving device having motor and gearbox

A driving mechanism drives a vehicle window to move up and down. The driving mechanism includes a housing, and a driving assembly and a transmission assembly. The driving assembly is engaged with the transmission assembly. The driving assembly is partially received in the housing. The transmission assembly includes a first transmission member connected to the driving assembly, a second transmission member engaging with the first transmission member, and a planetary gear set. The planetary gear set connects to an external device. The driving assembly drives the first transmission member which in turn drives the second transmission member to rotate. The second transmission member drives the planetary gear set which in turn drives the vehicle window to move.

Driving mechanism

A driving device and a seat adjusting mechanism for vehicle are provided. The driving device includes a motor and a gearbox. The gearbox includes a worm and a worm gear. The worm is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor. The gearbox further includes first and second driving gears, and first and second driven gears. The first and second driving gears are coaxially fixed to the worm gear and located at two sides of the worm gear, respectively. The first and second driven gears are fixed coaxially with each other and engaged with the first and second driving gears, respectively. Two driving gears are arranged at the two sides of the worm gear symmetrically, and two driven gears are also arranged at the two sides of the worm gear symmetrically, which results in a compact structure and reduced volume of the driving device.

Driving device and sear adjusting mechanism for vehicle

An actuator for a vehicle door lock mechanism has a motor, a first gear, a second gear and a third gear. The motor has a shaft to which the first gear is connected. The motor rotates the first gear, which in turn drives the second gear and the third gear. A non-tooth part is formed on the second gear. A projection is formed on the third gear. Stops are arranged for stopping rotation of the third gear. When the second gear rotates to a position where the non-tooth part corresponds to the third gear, the projection is spaced from one stop by an angle. When the second gear rotates further, the gears re-mesh and the third gear rotates till the projection contacts the stop.
