The image sensor includes a repeating unit in a two-dimensional pixel array. The repeating unit includes a plurality of color pixels and a plurality of transparent pixels. In the repeating unit, the plurality of transparent pixels are disposed along a first diagonal line and one or more first parallel lines parallel to the first diagonal line, and the color pixels are disposed along a second diagonal line and one or more second parallel lines parallel to the second diagonal line. The first diagonal line is different from the second diagonal line.

The optical image stabilization system includes a micro electro-mechanical system (MEMS), and an image sensor. The MEMS includes a fixed electrode, a movable electrode, and a deformable connection member. The movable electrode cooperates with the fixed electrode. The deformable connection member is configured to fixedly connect the fixed electrode with the movable electrode. The image sensor is fixedly connected to the movable electrode. The fixed electrode and the movable electrode are configured to generate an electrostatic force under a driving voltage. The deformable connection member is configured to deform under the electrostatic force in a direction where the movable electrode moves, to make the movable electrode move, so as to drive the image sensor to move.

The present disclosure discloses an image sensor, an imaging method, an imaging device and an electronic device. The image sensor includes an array of photosensitive units, an array of filter units and an array of micro lenses, in which the array of photosensitive units includes focusing photosensitive units and non-focusing photosensitive units. With the image sensor, when a current ambient luminous intensity is smaller than a preset intensity, the image sensor generates an image with the first output mode, and when the current ambient luminous intensity is greater than the preset intensity, the image sensor generates an image with the second output mode. In addition, when the image sensor is used to focus, phase focusing may be performed according to output values of two parts of photosensitive pixels.

Image sensor with improved micro-lens, related imaging method and electronic device

The present disclosure discloses an imaging method. The imaging method comprises: providing an image sensor, the image sensor comprising a photosensitive pixel array and a filter arranged on the photosensitive unit array, the filter comprising a filter cell array, and each filter cell covering a plurality of photosensitive pixels to form a merged pixel; and reading outputs of the photosensitive pixel array, and adding the outputs of the photosensitive pixels of the same merged pixel to obtain a pixel value of the merged pixel, thereby producing a merged image. Images, having higher signal to noise ratio, brightness, and definition, and less noise, can be captured by using the imaging method in low light. The present disclosure also discloses an imaging device using the imaging method and an electronic device using the imaging device.
