The present invention provides a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel comprising a color film substrate, a thin film transistor substrate, and a photo spacer. Wherein the photo spacer is disposed on the color film substrate or/and the thin film transistor substrate. The color film substrate or/and the thin film transistor substrate are provided with a recess. At least a portion of the photo spacer disposed on one of the color filter substrate and the thin film transistor substrate and the recess disposed on the other of the color filter substrate and the thin film transistor substrate are nested.

The invention provides a touch array substrate, a touch display, and a display device. The touch array substrate includes a driving circuit layer, a touch layer, and a sleep state voltage equalizing connecting unit which are mutually insulated. The driving circuit layer includes driving scanning lines, odd row driving data signal lines, and even row driving data signal lines. The touch layer comprises touch scanning lines, odd row touch data signal lines, and even row touch data signal lines. In a display sleep state, the sleep state voltage equalizing connecting unit enables mutual electrical connection of the odd row driving data signal lines, the even row driving data signal lines, the odd row touch data signal lines, and the even row touch data signal lines.

A touch liquid crystal panel includes an array substrate and a color filter substrate disposed opposite, mutually insulated self-capacitance electrodes and electrode leads are disposed on the array substrate, the electrode leads are covered by a second insulating layer. A main post spacer and a sub post spacer are disposed between the array substrate and the color filter substrate. A first end of the main post spacer is connected to the color filter substrate, a second end extends towards the array substrate and opposite to a first electrode lead, a position of the first electrode lead corresponding to the second end of the main post spacer is etched to form an avoidance zone, the second end of the main post spacer is contacted with the second insulating layer in the avoidance zone. The present disclosure relates to an array substrate of embedded touch panels. The array substrate includes a touch electrode arranged in an active area of the touch panel in a matrix, a touch sensing chip arranged outside the active area of the touch panel, a plurality of metal connecting lines arranged on a different layer with the touch electrode. The metal connecting lines connect to the touch electrode via at least one through hole, and the metal connecting line and a data line of the touch panel are insulated from each other and are overlapped. The touch electrode connects to the touch sensing chip via the metal connecting line, wherein a switch circuit is arranged between the metal connecting line and the data line. The switch circuit connects the metal connecting line and the data line in a touch phase, and the switch circuit disconnects the metal connecting line and the data line in a display phase.

The thin film transistors are arranged matrix on the array substrate, a first passivation layer is arranged on the source/drain electrode of the thin film transistors, an organic transparent layer is arranged on the first passivation layer and is located in an area other than the area of the thin film transistors and the area between the adjacent two thin film transistors, post spacers are arranged on the surface of the array substrate, and is located between any two of the thin film transistors. By way of the above, the present disclosure can prevent the PS sliding in the hole of the organic transparent layer, it is possible to increase the stability of the PS.

An array substrate of a liquid crystal display is provided, and includes a glass substrate; and a driving circuit for generating a data signal and a scanning signal, and driving components in a display area. The driving circuit is disposed on the periphery of the glass substrate. The driving circuit includes a flexible circuit board and a driver chip disposed on the flexible circuit board. The driver chip and the flexible circuit board are integrally combined. In the array substrate, it is not necessary to dispose the driver chip on the glass substrate, so as to not only ensure that the display area is a full circle, but to also reduce the width of the periphery of the liquid crystal display, and therefore actually achieving the display effect with a narrow border.
