The present invention provides a dividable packaging structure, which includes: a plurality of first and second side frame members () and a plurality of corner connection pieces () respectively connected to the first and second side frame members (). The plurality of corner connection pieces () connects the first side frame members () and the second side frame members () together to form a frame. The dividable packaging structure of the present invention has a dividable and thus splittable configuration, allowing for effective reduction of material cost. To package an object, the frame carries and supports the objet and the corner connection pieces provide positioning of the object to effectively prevent the object from shifting during shipment that may lead to occurrence of deformation of the objet.

The invention provides a backlight module, comprising: a light source module used for emitting light; a light box module used for reflecting light emitted from the light source module, and the light box module includes two openings and a size of a second opening is bigger than a first opening, and the light source module is disposed at the first opening; a display panel component is disposed at the second opening and applied in displaying images; a film assembly disposed in the light box module, can be moved within a depth direction between the light source module and the display panel component.

A composite pallet includes two parallel bottom block components each including a first bottom block and a second bottom block slidably connected, the first bottom block is capable of sliding relative to the second bottom block to vary the length. The composite pallet further includes two cantilever components each including a first cantilever and a second cantilever slidably connected, the first cantilever and the second cantilever each are fixed to a corresponding one of the bottom block components, the first cantilever being capable of sliding relative to the second cantilever along a lengthwise direction of the cantilever components to vary the length of the cantilever components. A crossed beam component includes a first beam and a second beam pivotably connected at a middle portion, free ends of both the first beam and the second beam are pivotally connected to free ends of the bottom block components.

Disclosed are a glass panel packaging box and a de-packaging method thereof. The glass panel packaging box includes a box body and a cushioning separator plate arranged in the box body. The cushioning separator plate is arranged between two glass panels. The cushioning separator plate includes a main body corresponding to the glass panels and lugs respectively extending from two opposite side edges of the main body. The box body includes a bottom board and side boards perpendicularly connected to the bottom board. The side boards include receiving slots that correspond to the lugs. The glass panel packaging box and the de-packaging method thereof provide lugs on the cushioning separator plate to make separation of the cushioning separator plate and the glass panel easy so as to increase working efficiency and allow reduction of the thickness of the cushioning separator plate used with a large-sized glass panel.

The present invention provides a pallet, which includes a base board and first secondary boards movably coupled to two opposite sides of the base board, and first coupling axles connecting between the base board and the first secondary boards. Each first coupling axle includes a first base from which a first extension section extends. The first extension section forms first flexible engagement keys. The base board forms first receiving sections corresponding to the first bases and also forming first track channels corresponding to the first extension sections. Each first track channel forms therein first retention slots corresponding to the first flexible engagement keys. The first bases are movably received in the first receiving slots. The first flexible engagement keys are receivable in the first retention slots to retain the first coupling axles in the base board. The first extension sections have ends fixed in the first secondary boards.

Pallet

The present invention provides a pallet, which includes a base board and secondary boards movably coupled to the base board with coupling axles arranged therebetween. Each coupling axle includes a base from which an extension section extends. The extension section forms a plurality of flexible engagement keys. The base board forms receiving sections corresponding to the bases and track channels corresponding to the extension sections. Each track channel forms therein a plurality of groups of retention slots corresponding to the flexible engagement keys. The bases are respectively received in the receiving slots and movable in the receiving slots. The engagement keys are receivable in and retained by the retention slots to retain the coupling axles in the base boards. The extension sections have free ends respectively fixed in the secondary boards to movably couple the secondary boards to the base boar.

The present disclosure provides a drawer type cushioning packaging device for liquid crystal glasses, including several cushioning packing boxes and a rack. The rack includes a bottom plate and a pair of symmetrically configured supporting brackets, each of the supporting brackets includes at least one standing post and several supporting plates; a lower portion of each standing post is connected to the bottom plate; each of the supporting plates is connected to one side of the corresponding standing post and is located above the bottom plate; and each of the cushioning packing boxes is placed on the corresponding supporting plate.

A liquid crystal module package box includes a box body, top and bottom lids coupled to top and bottom of the box body, a cushioning retention frame received in the box body, cushioning pads arranged at two sides of the cushioning retention frame, and a support unit arranged at a central portion of the box body. The cushioning retention frame includes two lower cushioning brackets and four upper cushioning brackets corresponding to the two lower cushioning brackets. The support unit includes two support boards. When liquid crystal modules are positioned on the lower cushioning brackets, every two of the upper cushioning brackets are set on the liquid crystal modules to correspond to each one of the lower cushioning brackets. The two support boards are retained between the two lower cushioning brackets to increase central compression strength of the liquid crystal module package box at the central portion.

The present invention provides a backplane and a liquid crystal module having the backplane. The backplane includes a main body, a plurality of raised ribs formed on the main body, and a plurality of wall mounting members rotatably attached to the raised ribs. Each of the wall mounting members is selectively set, through rotation, at a retracted position or a wall-mountable position with respect to the corresponding raised rib. The wall mounting members provided on the backplane of the liquid crystal module are made in a foldable arrangement, whereby in packaging, the wall mounting members are rotated to a retracted position located inside the backplane and in an operation of assembling a complete device, the wall mounting members are expanded to a wall-mountable position for use.

A pallet includes a pallet body, a plurality of recesses formed in a bottom of the pallet body, two retention tabs mounted to the bottom of the pallet body and respectively extending downward from two opposite sides of each of the recesses, and a plurality of legs mounted to the retention tabs and respectively receivable in the recesses. The pallet includes the rotatable legs, so that in using the pallet, the legs are rotated out and the coupling pins are applied to fix the legs for supporting and when the pallet is not in use, the coupling pins are removed to allow the legs to rotate in order to set the legs in recesses, whereby the pallet occupies a reduced amount of space for storage and transportation and thus the capacity of storage and transportation can be improved to thus lower down transportation cost.

The present invention provides a package box of liquid crystal glass, which includes a box body, a plurality of mounting sections arranged in the box body, and cushioning devices mounted to the mounting sections. The cushioning devices each include a cushioning section, a retention section connected to the cushioning section, and a projection. The mounting sections each include a first receiving channel and a through hole respectively corresponding to the retention section and the projection of the respective cushioning device. The retention sections are respectively received in the first receiving channels and the projections are respectively fit into the through hole so as to fix the cushioning devices inside the box body. The package box uses cushioning devices that are mounted inside a box in a snap-fitting manner so that the operation of assembling and disassembling the cushioning devices is simple, making it easy to re-work.

The present invention provides a liquid crystal glass panel packaging box, which includes upper and lower cover members. The upper cover member has a top plate and upper side plates connected to the top plate. The lower cover member has a bottom plate and lower side plates connected to the bottom plate to collectively define a receiving chamber having an opening for receiving a liquid crystal glass panel. The bottom plate of the lower cover member having an outside surface that forms a raised portion corresponding to a circumference of the opening of the receiving chamber. The raised portion of the lower cover member of one liquid crystal panel packaging box is receivable in the opening of the receiving chamber of the lower cover member of another liquid crystal panel packaging box to effect stacking of lower cover members of different liquid crystal panel packaging boxes.

The present disclosure discloses a liquid crystal module and a liquid crystal display. The liquid crystal module includes a plastic frame, a front frame as well as a liquid crystal display panel positioned therebetween. The front frame is a square frame made of a sheet formed by vacuum molding. The front frame and the plastic frame are cooperated with each other in order to fix the liquid crystal display panel. The front frame includes an elastic buckling part/elastic clamping buckle, and the plastic frame includes a clamping buckle/buckling part being interference fit with the elastic buckling part/elastic clamping buckle for fixing the liquid crystal display panel. The front frame of the present disclosure, shortens the developing period so as to reduce the cost for opening module of the liquid crystal module and further reduce the manufacturing cost of the liquid crystal display.

The disclosure provides a plastic frame, a liquid crystal module and a liquid crystal display. The plastic frame is provided with a plurality of blocking walls for locating liquid crystal glass, wherein said plastic frame and said blocking walls are arranged in split type. Said blocking walls are detachably connected with said plastic frame, comprising block locating sections with the front ends contacted with liquid crystal glass. Said plastic frame is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves whose positions are different and used for adjusting the positions of the locating sections. Said blocking walls are detachably connected with said clamping grooves. The disclosure further provides a liquid crystal module and a liquid crystal display, on which said plastic frames are arranged. The plastic frame, the liquid crystal module or the liquid crystal display provided by the disclosure can reduce the cost for producing the liquid crystal display effectively.
