A system and method for controlling a capsule endoscope is provided. The control method includes: measuring a magnetic field value of the environment in which the capsule endoscope is subjected; obtaining a critical magnetic field value for suspension of the capsule endoscope according to the magnetic field value; adjusting a traction force on the capsule endoscope according to the critical magnetic field value for suspension; and controlling the movement of the capsule endoscope in a horizontal and/or vertical direction, wherein the movement of the first magnet is controlled by moving the second magnet, and the capsule endoscope is in a quasi-suspended state as moving in the horizontal and/or vertical direction. The system and method reduce friction between the capsule endoscope and wall of the target area during movement by controlling the capsule endoscope in a quasi-suspended state, which makes the scanning of the target area more accurate.

The present invention discloses a method and system for determining orientation of a capsule endoscope. An external magnetic field is provided outside the capsule endoscope, and an internal magnetic field is provided inside the capsule endoscope. Magnetic field data is obtained according to the external magnetic field and the internal magnetic field, and acceleration data of the capsule endoscope is obtained. When the polarization direction of the external magnetic field is horizontal, the orientation information of the capsule endoscope is obtained according to the acceleration data. When the polarization direction of the external magnetic field is non-horizontal, the orientation information of the capsule endoscope is obtained according to the acceleration data and the magnetic field data.

The present invention discloses a system and a method for phase contrast microscopy imaging. The system includes a microscope, a light source array, an image acquisition module and a calculation module. The light source array includes a fixture having a through hole and two light source groups arranged around the through hole. The two light source groups emit a first beam and a second beam symmetrically arranged about a optical axis of the microscope to illuminate a specimen. The light beams enter and get scattered in the specimen and are obliquely transmitted through the specimen, and collected by the microscope after passing through the through hole. The image acquisition module acquires a first image corresponding to the first beam and a second image corresponding to the second beam. The calculation module obtains a phase contrast image according to the first and second image.
