A magnetic assembly includes a magnetic core, four primary windings and four secondary windings. The magnetic core includes four lateral legs. The four primary windings and the corresponding secondary windings are magnetically coupled with each other, and the four primary windings and the corresponding secondary windings are wound on the corresponding lateral legs. The winding directions of the four secondary windings on the corresponding lateral legs are identical. A phase difference between a magnetic flux flowing through a specified lateral leg of the four lateral legs and a magnetic flux flowing through an adjacent lateral leg is any value in the range between 150 degrees and 210 degrees. A phase difference between the magnetic flux flowing through the specified lateral leg and the magnetic flux flowing through another adjacent lateral leg is any value in the range between 60 degrees and 120 degrees.

Magnetic assembly and power module with same

A voltage regulator module is provided. The voltage regulator module includes a circuit board unit, at least one switch circuit, a magnetic core assembly and at least one first conductive member. The circuit board unit includes a top layer, a plurality of inner layers and a bottom layer. The at least one switch circuit is disposed on the top layer. The magnetic core assembly is disposed on at least one of the plurality of inner layers and embedded in the circuit board unit. The magnetic core assembly forms at least one magnetic loop. The at least one first conductive member is electrically connected with the at least one switch circuit for passing through a current of the at least one switch circuit. The current passes through the at least one magnetic loop to form an inductor.

Voltage regulator module

A power system includes a power module, an electronic load and a system board. The power module includes a first surface, a second surface, a switch and a plurality of conductive parts, wherein the switch is disposed on the first surface of the power module and the plurality of conductive parts are disposed on the second surface of the power module. The electronic load includes a plurality of conductive parts. The power module and the electronic load are disposed on two opposite sides of the system board, the power module delivers power to the electronic load through the system board, and gaps and networks of the plurality of conductive parts of the power module correspond to those of the plurality of conductive parts of the electronic load.

Apparatus and power module

A power module includes a power circuit and a magnetic assembly. The power circuit includes at least one switch element. The magnetic assembly includes at least one first electrical conductor and a magnetic core module comprising at least one hole, wherein the at least one first electrical conductor passes through the at least one hole, and a terminal of the at least one first electrical conductor is electrically connected to the at least one switch element. The power circuit and the magnetic assembly are arranged in sequence along a same direction.

Power module

A voltage regulator module is provided. The switch circuit assembly includes two switch circuits and an input capacitor. Respective input terminals of the two switch circuits are connected with each other in parallel. The input capacitor is electrically connected with the respective input terminals of the two switch circuits in parallel and disposed between the two switch circuits. The plurality of conductive members have a first conductive member, a second conductive member and a third conductive member. The first conductive member and the third conductive member are configured to deliver an electric energy. The second conductive member is configured to deliver a signal. One end of each conductive member is electrically connected with corresponding switch circuit, and the other end of the first conductive member and the third conductive member is electrically connected with the load. The switch circuit assembly and the magnetic assembly are stacked with each other.

A power conversion circuit includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a first switching conversion unit, a second switching conversion unit, a flying capacitor and a magnetic element. The first switching conversion unit includes a first switch and a third switch. The second switching conversion unit includes a second switch and a fourth switch. The magnetic element includes two first windings and a second winding. A first one of the two first windings is serially connected between the flying capacitor and the second terminal. A second one of the two first windings is serially connected between the second switch and the second terminal. The second winding is serially connected with the flying capacitor and the first one of the two first windings. A turn ratio between the second winding, the first one of the two first windings and the second one of the two first windings is N:1:1.

Power conversion circuit and power conversion apparatus with same

Power system

A power conversion system includes a power conversion circuit and a start circuit. The power conversion circuit includes a first terminal, a second terminal, an output capacitor, at least one switch unit, a flying capacitor and a magnetic element. The flying capacitor is connected between the first terminal and the second terminal. The output capacitor is electrically connected with the first terminal or the second terminal. The start circuit is configured to control the power conversion circuit to pre-charge. A first terminal of the start circuit is electrically connected with the first terminal, and a second terminal of the start circuit is electrically connected with the second terminal. During a start process of the power conversion circuit, the at least one flying capacitor and the output capacitor are pre-charged by the start circuit.

Power conversion system

The present invention relates to a planar converter, comprising: a magnetic unit comprising a first planar winding and two second planar windings magnetically coupled to each other and a magnetic core assembly; two closed circuits each comprises the first planar winding, a switch, and has a first connection point and a second connection point; two PCBs each provided with at least one of the closed circuits thereon; and two first connectors each comprising two welding ends opposite to each other, wherein the two welding ends of one of the two first connectors are connected to the first connection points of the two closed circuits, respectively, and the two welding ends of another one of the two first connectors are connected to the second connection points of the two closed circuits, respectively, and the two closed circuits are connected in parallel.

Planar converter

A power conversion circuit includes an input positive terminal, an input negative terminal, an output positive terminal, an output negative terminal, a first switch bridge arm, a first resonant branch, a capacitor branch, an output inductor unit and an output capacitor. The input negative terminal is electrically connected with the output negative terminal. The first switch bridge arm is electrically connected between the input positive terminal and the input negative terminal. The first switch bridge arm includes a first switch, a second switch, a third switch and a fourth switch. The first switch and the second switch are electrically connected with a first node. The second switch and the third switch are electrically connected with a second node. The third switch and the fourth switch are electrically connected with a third node. The first resonant branch is electrically connected between the first node and the third node.

Power conversion circuit

The present disclosure provides a power conversion device including an input end having positive and negative input terminals, two bridge arms, two transformers and an output capacitor. Each bridge arm is connected to the input end in parallel, and includes three switches coupled in series. Two terminals of one switch are electrically connected to the positive input terminal and a primary node respectively. Two terminals of another switch are electrically connected to the negative input terminal and a secondary node respectively. Each transformer includes primary and secondary windings coupled to each other. Two primary windings are serially coupled between two primary nodes. Two secondary windings are serially coupled between two secondary nodes. Two terminals of the output capacitor are electrically connected to output positive and negative terminals respectively. The positive output terminal is coupled between the secondary windings, and the negative output terminal is coupled to the negative input terminal.

Power conversion device

A power module comprises a first circuit board assembly and a magnetic core assembly. The first circuit board assembly comprises a first printed circuit board and at least two switch circuits disposed on the first printed circuit board. The magnetic core assembly is disposed near the first printed circuit board and comprises a magnetic core portion and at least one pair of first electrical conductors. The magnetic core portion comprises at least one core unit, the core unit comprises a pair of holes and a second magnetic overlapping region, and the pair of holes are separated by the second magnetic overlapping region. Each pair of the first electrical conductors is penetrated through the corresponding pair of holes of the magnetic core portion to define two output inductors. Each of the switch circuits is electrically connected with the corresponding output inductor to define a phase circuit of the power module.

Power module and method for delivering power to electronic device

An electronic device includes a system board, a power module and a conductive part. The system board includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The power module is disposed on the second surface and provides power to the semiconductor device through the system board. The conductive part is disposed on a first side of the power module adjacent to the second surface, wherein the conductive part is electrically connected with the and the system board, wherein the power is transmitted between the and the semiconductor device through the conductive part. The power module includes at least one switch circuit and a magnetic core assembly. The at least one switch circuit disposed on a second side of the power module away from the conductive part. The magnetic core assembly is arranged between the switch circuit and the conductive part.

Electronic device

A voltage regulator module includes a circuit board, a first component and a switching circuit assembly. The circuit board includes a first surface, a second surface, a concave structure and a contact pad. The first surface and the second surface are opposed to each other. The concave structure is disposed in the circuit board and concavely formed on the second surface. The contact pad is formed on the second surface and served as at least one of a positive output terminal, a negative output terminal and a positive input terminal. The concave structure and the contact pad are misaligned to each other. The first component is at least partly disposed within the concave structure. The switching circuit assembly is disposed on the first surface and electrically connected with the contact pad and the first component.
