The present disclosure provides methods, electrodes, and systems for electrochemical oxidation of polyfluoroalkyl and perfluroalkyl (PFAS) contaminants using Magn&#xe9;li phase titanium suboxide ceramic electrodes/membranes. Magneli phase titanium suboxide ceramic electrodes/membranes can be porous and can be included in reactive electrochemical membrane filtration systems for filtration, concentration, and oxidation of PFASs and other contaminants.

Methods and systems for electrochemical oxidation of polyfluoroalkyl and perfluroalkyl contaminants

The present disclosure includes methods and compositions for reducing turf thatch and/or preventing turf thatch buildup. The compositions include isolated fungal laccase enzymes, such as laccase enzymes from white rot fungi. Methods of reducing and/or preventing turf thatch buildup include applying compositions including isolated fungal laccase enzymes to turfgrass.

Methods and compositions using fungal laccases to reduce turf thatch

The present disclosure describes methods and compositions for reducing and/or preventing soil water repellency. Embodiments of methods of reducing soil water repellency (SWR) of the present disclosure include applying to an area of groundcover a composition including an effective amount of at least one isolated enzyme capable of degrading or altering organic matter associated with SWR, where the SWR of the area of groundcover is reduced after treatment with the enzyme composition.
