The invention discloses a method for establishing a session between a caller and a callee, applying to a next generation network, after said callee picking up, which includes: restarting a session negotiation with said callee via a first application server corresponding to the callee, upon obtaining a session description protocol of said callee, sending an update request message containing a session description protocol of said callee to a second application server corresponding to the caller; renegotiating, by the second application server, session with a caller according to said session description protocol of said callee; after the caller completing session update, returning a response message containing a session description protocol of said caller to said callee. The method can realize the multi-service nesting triggering or the forwarding triggering of several flows in one service, and can guarantee the proper connection between the caller and the callee.

A call control method, a communication system, and relevant devices are provided so that communications can be implemented under different network conditions based on the same number. The method includes: receiving a call request of a calling terminal, where the call request carries a called terminal number; querying a Home Location Register (HLR) of a called terminal according to the called terminal number; obtaining a Supplementary Service Code (SS_Code) from the HLR, where the SS_Code carries a Mobile Station International ISDN Number (MSISDN)-based IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) service identifier; and triggering an Application Server (AS) to implement an MSISDN-based IMS service according to the MSISDN-based IMS service identifier. A method for implementing the ringback tone (RBT) service based on the next generation network (NGN) includes: an application server (AS) receives from a softswitch (SX) a call request initiated by a ring-to-me subscriber, which carries a ring-to-me access code; the AS obtains the ring-to-me tone ID from the RBT platform according to the ring-to-me access code and instructs a media resource server (MRS) to play the tone indicated by the ring-to-me tone ID to the calling party. Various embodiments disclose a system, an AS and an MRS for implementing RBT based on NGN. The present disclosure enables a calling party to listen to a ring-to-me tone while the called party is alerted and further, it enables the calling party to choose to listen to a ring-to-me tone or a ring-to-you tone according to the calling party's precedence setting.

Method, system and apparatus for implementing ringback tone service

A call processing method, a call processing system and call processing equipment of a same number service are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a call which is initiated by a calling client and carries an initial called number, and sending a message of the called number with a same number service characteristic to first switching equipment in an IP network when the initial called number is a number of the same number service; and receiving a call request initiated by the first switching equipment, starting same number service processing of the initial called number according to the message carried in the call request, and calling a same number terminal corresponding to the initial called number. The embodiment of the invention helps realize the same number service between a SIP intelligent terminal in the IP network and ordinary terminals in other communication networks.
