The present invention relates to the field of solid-phase extraction, and particularly to a solid-phase extraction material, and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method includes prepolymerizing the monomers N-vinylpyrrolidone and divinylbenzene in the presence of a chain transfer agent, adding prepolymer dropwise to an emulsion of monodispersed seed microspheres, swelling, and reacting to prepare white spheres; and functionalizing the white spheres, to obtain the solid-phase extraction material. The solid-phase extraction material prepared by the reaction has good spherical morphology, large specific surface area, and high ion exchange capacity. The prepared solid-phase extraction material functions in the separation and enrichment of PPCPs by means of a variety of forces with a high extraction rate. The extraction rate is basically maintained between 85% and 105%, and acidic, alkaline, neutral and amphoteric substances is capable of being selectively separated.

Solid-phase extraction material, and preparation method and use thereof

A magnetic polymer adsorption material, preparation method and use thereof, which relate to the field of magnetic polymer materials. The preparation method comprises: (1) preparing magnetic nanoparticles; (2) dissolving the magnetic nanoparticles in a pore-forming agent, adding N-vinylpyrrolidone, divinylbenzene and an initiator respectively, and mixing uniformly; (3) adding an emulsifier and a dispersant into an aqueous solution; adding a part of the oil phase solution prepared in step (2) at the temperature below 60&#xb0; C., and adding the rest of the oil phase solution when the temperature rises to 60&#xb0; C. or above, reacting with stirring, precipitating and filtering the reacted solution, washing and drying the precipitate, and finally obtaining the magnetic polymer adsorption material. The material has the particle size of 2-100 &#x3bc;m, the magnetization of 5-19.5 emu/g and the specific surface area of 210-950 m/g, and can be applied to the adsorption of inorganic and organic matters in solutions, the controlled release of inorganic and organic matters, and the separation of different substances.

Magnetic polymer adsorption material, preparation method therefor and application thereof

Implementations herein relate to a method for preparing organic-pollution-resistant ion exchange resins and application thereof. The method includes adding modified inorganic particles to prepare novel ion exchange resins containing inorganic particles modified by a parcel modifier. A weight ratio between the monomer of the ion exchange resins and the modified inorganic particles is about 0.1% to 30%. The method may increase moisture content of the resins 3 to 30% such as to improve the structures of the resins, and therefore increase the regeneration efficiency 0.4 to 70%, as compared to conventions resins. The method improves resistance of resins to organic pollution, increases regeneration efficiency, and extends service life of the resins. In the process of water treatment, the ion exchange resin of the implementations may be regenerated with long-term stability. In addition to securing the water treatment efficiency, the method may avoid frequent replacement operations and lower the costs.

Portable efficient magnetic solid phase extraction device and extraction method thereof

Implementations herein relate to a method for extraction of phthalates using hydrophilic magnetic resins with high specific surface areas. The implementations relate to a technical field of preparation of resins for fast enrichment and separation of trace organics in water. By adding magnetic particles, precursor resins may be prepared using divinylbenzene, vinyl benzoate and glycidyl methacrylate copolymerization ester. After the cross-linking reaction, surface areas of the resins are increased and hydrolysis of the ester group in alkaline solution may be implemented to obtain high specific surface magnetic resins rich in hydroxyl groups. The resins have higher adsorptive capacity and selectivity to adsorb phthalates in water samples. Rapid extraction may be implemented using magnetic solid phase extraction rod to achieve enrichment and separation of phthalates in a large amount of water samples.

Embodiments herein relate to methods for sludge reduction for pretreatment of nitrotoluene wastewater using electro-catalytic redox. The embodiments may include (a) adjusting a pH of the nitrotoluene wastewater to 1.5 to 2.0, standing for precipitation, draining sludge of the nitrotoluene wastewater at the bottom, obtaining supernatant of nitrotoluene wastewater, placing the supernatant through a cathode inlet into a cathode chamber of an electrochemical reactor; (b) performing electrochemical treatment, wherein reduction reaction of the supernatant of the nitrotoluene wastewater takes place at the cathode chamber, the nitrotoluene wastewater is placed into the anode chamber for oxidation reaction through the cathode outlet, the catholyte tank, and the anode inlet in sequence; (c) adjusting the nitrotoluene wastewater treated in step (b) via the anolyte tank, and then discharging the nitrotoluene wastewater into a biochemical system. The embodiments reduce toxicity of mixed acid nitration wastewater and therefore improve its biodegradability.

Implementations herein relate to methods for reducing a desorption solution for regeneration of ion exchange resins in the field of regeneration of resins. The implementations solve problems related to low utilization rates of regeneration agents and high volumes of desorption solutions during the desorption process. The implementations include regenerating the ion exchange resins, and the regeneration solution becomes the desorption solution. After coagulating sedimentation of the desorption solution and slurry separation, a large amount of organic contents are removed from coagulation serum and a large amount of regenerate agents are left. The implementations further include adding the regeneration agent to the coagulation serum to form new or refreshed regeneration solution to regenerate the ion exchange resins. Accordingly, the coagulation serum may be generated from the desorption solution. These operations may be repeated multiple batches for resin regeneration.

Method for regeneration of ion exchange resin causing reduction of desorption solution

An efficient combined advanced treatment method of electroplating wastewater is disclosed, which belongs to the technical field of electroplating wastewater treatment. The method includes: after pretreatments including cyanide breaking, dechromization and coagulating sedimentation, introducing the electroplating wastewater to a contact oxidation tank for biochemical treatment, and settling the effluent from the contact oxidation tank down in an inclined pipe of a secondary sedimentation tank to realize the separation of the sludge from water; charging the effluent to a coagulating sedimentation tank, and undergoing coagulating sedimentation with the aid of a flocculant and a coagulant aid added; feeding the effluent, as an influent, to a resin adsorption tank for adsorption with a magnetic resin; and after passing through a filter, flowing the effluent after adsorption to a fixed bed resin adsorption unit, so as to realize the discharge up to standard and recycle of the effluent.

Electroplating waste water treatment method

This invention relates to the field of resin, particularly to a magnetic, acrylic strongly basic anion exchange microsphere resin and its manufacturing method. Its basic structure is as follow: wherein its matrix contains magnetic grains and A is a group containing quaternary ammonium salts; the manufacturing method is: taking acrylic compounds as the monomer and mixing it with the crosslinking agent and porogenic agent to form an oil phase; evenly mixing the oil phase with magnetic grains and then conducting suspension polymerization; aminating and alkylating the polymerized magnetic grains so as to form the quaternary ammonium salts, namely the magnetic, acrylic strongly basic anion exchange microsphere resin. The exchange capacity of this resin is higher than that of any magnetic strongly basic anion exchange microsphere resin available either on both Chinese and overseas markets or in literature; it is able to take the place of the traditional strongly basic anion exchange resin in separating and removing soluble organics, particularly precursors of disinfection by-products, and various anions such as nitrates and phosphates.
