Disclosed is a loudspeaker module, comprising a module housing formed with an accommodation cavity, and a loudspeaker unit accommodated in the accommodation cavity, wherein the loudspeaker unit comprises a magnetic conductive yoke; a through hole which corresponds to the magnetic conductive yoke and penetrates through inner and outer surfaces of the module housing is provided, near the magnetic conductive yoke, on the module housing, and the magnetic conductive yoke extends into the through hole; and an assembly gap is provided between the magnetic conductive yoke and a hole wall of the through hole. The loudspeaker module further comprises a sealing member, wherein a part of the sealing member is adhered to the outer surface of the housing, and the other part is adhered to a bottom surface of the magnetic conductive yoke so as to seal the assembly gap.

Loudspeaker module

The present invention relates to a speaker, and speaker module. The speaker comprises a housing and two electrical connection members mounted on the housing, each electrical connection member comprises a second pad portion exposed from a side wall of the housing, and the second pad portion is disposed in parallel to the side wall of the housing. The speaker further comprises a circuit board attached to the side wall of the housing, and the circuit board is electrically connected to the second pad portions. The speaker of the present invention enables attaching the circuit board to the side wall of the housing, thus increasing operation space, and reducing operational risks. By attaching the circuit board to the side wall of the housing, the present invention reduces interference of the circuit board on a terminal antenna, and reduces the possibility of the circuit board involving in vibration of a back chamber, thus improving the performance of the speaker. Meanwhile, by providing the circuit board on the side wall of the housing, the present invention simplifies the shape of the circuit board, thus providing a compact layout, and accordingly saving costs.

Speaker and speaker module

Disclosed is a loudspeaker module which comprises a housing and a loudspeaker unit accommodated in the housing. The housing comprises a front cover, a first housing and a second housing, and a cavity is defined by the front cover, the first housing and the second housing. The loudspeaker unit is fixed in the cavity, and the cavity is divided into a front cavity and a rear cavity by the loudspeaker unit. The front cavity is a cavity defined by the loudspeaker unit, the front cover and the first housing. The loudspeaker unit comprises a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The front cover is provided with a chamber corresponding to a mounting position of the loudspeaker unit, and the cavity is isolated from the front cavity and the rear cavity and is provided with a ventilation structure in communication with external environment.

A loudspeaker module emitting sound at a lateral side comprises a loudspeaker unit and a module housing comprising a lower module housing, a middle module housing and an upper module housing. A space formed by the loudspeaker unit, the middle module housing and the lower module housing is a rear sound cavity. A space formed by the loudspeaker unit, the middle module housing and the upper module housing is a front sound cavity. The loudspeaker module further comprises a cover plate which forms a cavity together with the upper module housing. The cavity is communicated with the rear sound cavity through a conducting hole. By utilizing the loudspeaker module of the present invention, superfluous space of the upper module housing can be converted into the rear sound cavity, and therefore the size of the rear sound cavity is increased, and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker module is improved.

Loudspeaker module emitting sound at lateral side

A speaker module includes a casing and a speaker unit housed and fixed in the casing, a rear acoustic cavity being formed between the casing and the speaker unit, wherein at least one baffle wall is provided on the casing in the rear acoustic cavity and divides the rear acoustic cavity into at least two cavities, and wherein at least one slit is formed between the baffle walls or on the baffle wall, so that sound generated by the speaker unit can spread to an adjacent cavity inside the rear acoustic cavity through the slit.

Speaker module

An electroacoustic transducer comprises flexible strips and a shell, wherein the shell is formed of a first sub shell which is fixedly bonded to a second sub shell, the first sub shell is provided with a bonding surface for being bonded to the second sub shell, the flexible strip is bent to form a bent portion at the bonding surface; the second sub shell is provided with a dodging structure for dodging the bent portion. Its manufacturing method comprises: performing injection molding on the first sub shell from the bonding portions of the elastic strips; performing injection molding on the second sub shell; fixedly bonding the first sub shell with the second sub shell, wherein the flexible strip is bent to form the bent portion from the bonding surface at the end part of the first sub shell.

Electroacoustic transducer and manufacturing method thereof

Disclosed is a miniature moving-coil speaker comprising a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system, and an auxiliary system for fixing the magnetic circuit system and the vibration system. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil integrated with the diaphragm. The auxiliary system comprises a plastic enclosure. The diaphragm is installed correspondingly at one end face of the enclosure, while the magnetic circuit system is installed at the other end face of the enclosure opposite the diaphragm; also: a flexible circuit board is arranged on the end face of the enclosure where the magnetic circuit system is installed, and the voice coil is electrically connected to the flexible circuit board. The design reduces product installation height, while at the same time facilitates wire-leading and wire-combing for the miniature moving-coil speaker, and simplifies product design.
